Luis was such a great guy, very nice and very funny. He even got us a free key chain for the keys as a nice memory.

When you buy a used car, you care about two things: price and condition. If you contact a dealer on a car, that means the price is more or less reasonable. So you want to know how good the car is and if there is any hidden problem. I can’t speak for all salesmen at this dealership, but Luis has done a great job at presenting me the car I’m interested in. When I asked about scratches, not like most of other car dealers who hope you don’t notice them, Luis sent me pictures of all scratches even before my appointment at the dealership. He’s very honest, straightforward and easy to talk with. He’ll let you know if things work or not right away, and at my appointment, I don’t feel like I have to play a mind game or something. I highly recommend him if you consider buying a car from this dealership.

When came to financing the car I chose, Jack Daniels only asked if they could try to beat the rate that I had already procured from my financial company and they did. They closing paperwork on the car was just as good as the other experiences I had. There were no pressure to purchase a lot of add on sand in fact, I was dissuaded from purchasing a couple of things. I met the service manager who was very up front with the costs of maintaining and Audi and describing the services that they offered. All in all, I would highly recommend Jack Daniels as a place to purchase and service your Audi. I also highly rate Gent, my sales rep, as he was exceptional and patient in working with me and answering my dozens of questions.
