Alex was a great guy and made the process very easy. They were having issues with their computer system so there were some delays wrapping things up but they offered me free Audi merch for the trouble and we’re incredibly apologetic. Would recommend Alex to anyone.

I inquired about a Q5 last night at 8:00 and I was happily surprised that Kim (internet mgr) answered all of my questions by spending over 2 hours with me on a Sunday night. Plus we worked out the price of The Q5 and also agreed on a price for my trade in. When I showed up to the dealer this afternoon Kim introduced me to Gent who was a very informative and helpful inside sales associate. Gent took the extra time to show me everything my new Q5 does. Plus he took extra time to set up my apple CarPlay! I don’t want to forget to mention Andy who is the finance manager who did an excellent job explaining all of that to me! Excellent customer service all around!

Gent was patient and attentive and I truly appreciate his effort in helping us get into new cars. He worked with us for 3 days straight to help my husband and I each find a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget. He worked tirelessly with us, even after his shift had ended to get both of us into the vehicles we wanted. My husband decided to finance an Audi A3, while I chose to lease an Audi Q3.
