I inquired about a Q5 last night at 8:00 and I was happily surprised that Kim (internet mgr) answered all of my questions by spending over 2 hours with me on a Sunday night. Plus we worked out the price of The Q5 and also agreed on a price for my trade in. When I showed up to the dealer this afternoon Kim introduced me to Gent who was a very informative and helpful inside sales associate. Gent took the extra time to show me everything my new Q5 does. Plus he took extra time to set up my apple CarPlay! I don’t want to forget to mention Andy who is the finance manager who did an excellent job explaining all of that to me! Excellent customer service all around!

We are extremely happy with the service Luis Perez provided when purchasing our car. We saw the car online at Carmax and fell in love with it, but we’re hesitant in making such a large purchase without being there in person.
