I had a good experience at Jack Daniels in Paramus. I was originally looking for a pre-owned Audi, but it didn’t work out, and Luis was able to get me a great deal on a brand new car. He was never pushy which is a plus for me!

Luis was my sales rep. He was courteous and approachable. I picked up my car later in the week and the car was prepped in advance. Andy was the finance manager and walked me through the numbers and answered all questions I had. Overall pleasant experience.

I don't know if I can share how much I fully appreciated working with David Webster. We are a young couple who is frequently overlooked because people don't take us seriously; we visited both Range Rover and MB prior, where we weren't even approached by a salesperson. Our first time at Audi, we were merely browsing at the cars in the lot, trying to size them up for a later choice. David Webster walked out and began talking to us about the Q5, unlocked the car so we could see inside. We drove away that day without so much as a test drive, with David waving us goodbye. Flash forward 3 weeks later and we decide to go for a test drive. I asked for David, as he was the one who originally talked to us. We discussed a Q5.. and then ended up leasing a beautifully stunning Q8! Throughout the process, David was checking in with us, making sure we felt comfortable and at ease as this was "[your] car buying experience". We have leased 6 cars in our adult lives, this being our first luxury car experience, and it was absolutely flawless and easy. It never felt shady (which, let's be serious, a lot of car experiences do) and David seems like a genuinely good person. & At the end, we had Andy Kim handling out paperwork and such; also a great guy! We hope when this lease is up, David and Andy are still working at JD Audi, as we look forward to our next car experience with them!
