Honest dealership with an amazing selection
I had trouble with the car I bought right after I left the lot and they stood behind what they said about the car- they corrected the issue and even helped me with transportation when I was stranded. A while later something went wrong with the work they did on the car and they again made it right. Many dealers would throw their hands up and say, not my problem, But Pro-Sports stood behind their word and their work and made things right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a fair price!

Absolutely the place to go to for a good clean pre-owned vehicle. Vienna Willman took the time to explain everything to me. She was honest and respectful. I love my 2010 Toyota RAV4 SUV. I thank ProSports Motors Norristown. They really helped me.

Bad business
It has been 15 days and I still have no response concerning my lien holder receipt and proof of lien. Ray and Vienna are non-responsive. Guess I have to contact motor vehicle.

Go at your own risk, I regret going!
I got a car here after my last vehicle was totaled. The variety of vehicles were good and the prices were in my range so I was pleased to see it wasn't too much of a drive. The test drive on my vehicle was great, no check engine lights, and it was running well. I was thankful that they stayed late for me to finish up my paperwork and then I was on my way. The car was great for two days when the check engine light came on. I called and they said that it was probably nothing since they didn't have the light on when they had it and it wasn't on during the test drive. A few weeks later the vehicle was having difficulty shifting. It is a CVT transmission suv. It got to the point that the vehicle could not drive at all. I had contacted the business multiple times about the condition of the vehicle and how it was undriveable. I was told that because I did not get a protection plan, I was on my own but they would still try to help me out if I brought it back to the shop. I told that while I would love to bring the vehicle down there, it was not operable and that I lived 45 mins away which would be about 40 miles and that it wouldn't be realistically possible to get it towed across three counties back to the shop. They said that if I got it down to them, they would help me out but besides that, they wouldn't be able to do anything. I found the messed up part and got the vehicle moving again but it no longer goes in reverse. I called the shop to let them know what was happening currently and they said that I would have to take it to a Nissan dealership and that since I changed out a part, they would not need to be involved in the process anymore and that they would only have helped if the vehicle was returned in the same condition. I drove it back to the shop and they said they would diagnose the problem for a fee. I agreed since it was my only vehicle and I needed it back. That was legitimately in March and it is the end of October. Even after speaking to the owner on the phone and confirming his phone number through text, I have not heard back. Pro-Sport got my $10,000 and I have nothing for it.

Why not to buy a used Mercedes from this woman
They offer no customer service. 1. Do not return phone calls. 2. Do not return emails 3. Sold a car with a faulty battery. 4. Sold a car with a broken passenger door handle right rear and said it was a child lock.

This place a fantastic place to get a car. The entire team was patient and wanted my to be comfortable in my choice of car. All of the staff are friendly knowledgeable and patient. You really get the feeling that they want to give you the proper solution to your car needs. Ro, Kyle, Ray,Vienna, Dave and John thank you all so much for making this an easy process.
