UPDATE: April 21, 2025 7.

UPDATE: April 21, 2025 7. While driving at night, which is seldom for me, I noticed the high beam on the drivers side did not light up. Larry Miller Dodge Tucson looked into the issue, and said a baffle was not operational, therefore a lengthy wait for a new lamp assembly commenced. 8. At the same time, as I was loading the trunk with grandkid stuff, and the sun was shining into the back windshield, I noticed the high mounted third brake light and there wasn’t anything installed except the housing. Again, LHM Dodge Tucson let me know there would be a lengthy wait for this part. LHM Dodge Tucson service advisor David, will be in contact with the LHM Dodge Surprise people to make the Surprise dealership pay for their incompetence in all these lighting issues. I've been online, and other Last Call owners have commented on how lousy their new cars had been assembled. Too late for the Challenger, but it still needs to be addressed.

The nightmare of finding just that right car with the

The nightmare of finding just that right car with the right mileage and the right price! Well I can tell you just tonight I bought a vehicle from Larry Miller and the salesman's name was Edgar. I can go into the nightmare that I had just experienced 20 minutes before at a previous dealership, Larry Miller Volkswagen in Avondale, but that'll be another review that should be negative 10 Stars! But what I can tell you is that Edgar treated me the way you would want any auto salesman to treat you! There was no pressure, there was understanding, and I will have to say there was a compassion from him to give the best service to people. I did not expect to buy this vehicle tonight, but I am glad that I did. I found the deal I was looking for, but the most important part was finding the right salesman! If you happen to find yourself looking for a vehicle, and you happen to find yourself here, speak to Edgar, he will treat you with respect, no pressure, and an absolute willingness to do what's best for you! I wish there were more people like him in this high pressure business, but I believe he understands what really matters! Thank you again Edgar!

Initially, I was very happy with my car-buying

Initially, I was very happy with my car-buying experience. My sales representative and manager were both great, and it was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. However, my issues began with the service side of things after the sale. As part of my purchase, I bought the extended warranty. Since I was buying a used Audi, the warranty gave me added peace of mind. For nearly a year, the car ran perfectly and I had no reason to use the service department. Recently, I started to notice a few concerning issues and wanted to have them diagnosed and repaired before they became bigger problems. Not knowing much about automotive mechanics, I made an appointment with the LHM service department. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and parked under a sign stating they service all vehicles. When I went inside, I was rudely informed they couldn’t help me and was directed to another LHM location that could service imports. I drove to the second location — fortunately it was nearby — where the staff was much friendlier, but ultimately, they also couldn’t help. It was at this point I learned LHM cannot directly service my vehicle because it’s an import. Here’s the real issue: the extended warranty requires me to take the car to an LHM service center, who would then send it out to an Audi dealership. The minimum time frame just to get a diagnosis is 10 to 14 days — and LHM does not provide rental cars during that time. In short, I was sold and have been paying for an extended warranty that, realistically, is useless to me. I called to speak with a finance manager about canceling it. I was told they couldn’t help in person and that I needed to email cancellations@lhmauto.com. I did as instructed, but it’s now been over 10 days without a response. I’ve tried emailing multiple departments, including general customer service, but still haven’t received any help. I’m posting this review in the hopes of finally getting some assistance.

I am very dissatisfied with how Larry H.

I am very dissatisfied with how Larry H. Miller handles service. First, when you call, they encourage you to get a link sent to you to make an appointment online. That is the first mistake you shouldn't fall for. Second, when you make an appointment, that doesn't mean they are going to look at your vehicle at that time. They wanted me to leave the vehicle for over a week before they could look at it and evaluate it. I thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have the vehicle evaluated at that time. I couldn't just leave my vehicle with them for 7 days before they would even look at it. That is a terrible way to do business.

AVOID at ALL COSTS!

AVOID at ALL COSTS! ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST!!!!!My wife and I were lied to all the way! WE went to look at vehicles in November of 2024. We were interested in the Jeep EV lineup based on the zero percent financing and the 7,500 offered tax credit that they boasted. We asked several times when speaking to our sales rep and the finance manager and even signed a form showing the 7,500.00 tax credit that we were told would be included on the drive, but wasn’t (they don’t do copies) because they are paperless. All the while being guaranteed that the vehicle we were purchasing met all the requirements. Fast forward to tax time this year. We met all the requirements as per our CPA for the full 7,500 refund and submitted our taxes which were denied! The dealership failed to do their due diligence in filing the forms to the IRS to get us our tax credit. Fast forward to today 2/26/2024 they are now stating the the vehicle is only qualified for a tax credit of 3,750.00. We have had to pull teeth to get them to fill out the tax paperwork and they are saying that Jeep never even qualified for the 7,500 tax credit on our model. These are absolute lies and were repeated by every person in sales to finance and was the basis of our decision to purchase. This is absolute Garbage and If they do not honor this. As it would be a breach of trust and breach of contract. I am quite sure that you can not make claims like this knowing that they are not true. The entire team lied to our faces through the whole process and willingly took our money DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! They Are Liable for the remainder of the tax credit we are owed. We have a signed form saying that it was available for the full tax credit. And the rating IS A ZERO….. It would not let me submit without at least one star

For Clarity sake I would be happy to post the picture of the Paperwork we signed as Did you. There are but two options 1. You were unaware that the information you signed was inaccurate/ thus displaying that you did not do your due diligence before entering into a legally binding contract. 2. You presented information in an effort to deceive a potential customer in order to make a deal. With the amount of questions and verifications we went through in order to verify if the vehicle qualified for the 7,500.00 I am leaning more towards option 2. These types of deceitful practices are illegal and your dealership fleeced us out of 3,750.00 because of them. Let me know when you would like to make it right. Below is a text copy of the PPW we signed as did you. I was unable to submit pictures to this page. Look at the tax credit (the employee signature is on my sheet) and the part that states Under Penalty of Perjury… I certify this report is true! 2023 IRC Section 30D Clean Vehicle Tax Credit Seller Report Seller should provide a completed report to Taxpayer-Purchaser at time of sale, retain a copy with the sales paperwork, and retain a separate copy in a Clean Vehicle Tax Credit file for filing with the IRS by Jan. 15, 2024.
