My husband bought a very nice, well-maintained Shelby Mustang from Wholesale Solutions on June 15th. His initial experience was really great. There were... some issues with the car during my husband's first visit to the car lot. The salesman were adamant that the issues would be fixed. These problems were, indeed fixed. After a second look at the car, my husband went through with the purchase. A spare key was not available on site, but the salesman assured my husband that we would receive the spare key in the mail once they obtained it from the previous owner. To this day, July 30, we have not received the key. We've called no less than ten times and we're always told a different version of the same story. The sale documents have not been sent to the clerk's office so my husband's registration can be updated. The temporary tag on the vehicle was never laminated, so with the first rain, it turned into mush. Chad was the original salesman, whom we have yet to be able to contact since the purchase. We keep speaking to Dwayne, whom has been less than helpful. Dwayne did promise to send another tag, but laminated this time. We've yet to see the tag, the spare key, or any indication that the paperwork has been forwarded to the necessary place so we can move forward with registration of this vehicle. We had a pleasant experience initially, but it has very quickly snowballed downhill. I would not recommend buying here unless the car is much newer. Don't leave without checking the tags and making sure you have a spare, because you won't get either after the fact.
Bought a truck with a hole in the gas tank and had 2 transfer cases replaced. Who sells you a truck with a 1” hole 3/4 way up the gas tank? Not only that... they acted like they have never seen the hole...last time I checked I bought a car it had a full tank of gas. I guess that’s the xxxxty customer service you get from Dwayne. Truck was in the shop more than it worked...so bad they had to buy the lemon back from me. Told me he was looking for a truck when in realty Dwayne was hunting in Alaska. Your typical used car sales man. Do yourself a favor and go look somewhere else.

I arrived at the dealer and the vehicle I came to see had been sold a few hours before I showed up. No problem, plenty of more selection. I told the owner... I could trade in, finance or pay cash. I would want a payment @ $400 mo. if I financed and he said there was nothing on the lot for me? Really? The lot was full of what I was looking for. I told him he didn't know how much money I brought, how could he say that? The truck I came to see was @$12,000 and I brought $20,000 cash! Fun fact, he showed me some trade ins and put a high price on them and is now advertising them @$5,000 cheaper? He clearly labeled me ( waste of time) and rushed me off his lot? Before I left, the truck that sold showed up on the back of a tow truck! Lol
Great service from Cory and Dwayne, would definitely buy another car from this dealership. They have been helpful every step of the process, got me financed... and out the door in an hour.
Worst service I’ve ever had in my life, save yourself the headache and don’t go here. I will not be going back . I traded in my vehicle when I got another... one from here and it’s been almost a month with a tag, and without my other truck being paid off with the check I provided them when I got my new loan. I received late notices on a vehicle that I know longer have. Seems to me they got the sale and then didn’t care. They didn’t follow through with there end of things.
Sorry for the delay on your payoff. We do care! As soon as we were aware of the issue we hand delivered the payoff to the original lender.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but I just want to let others know that this is THE PLACE TO BUY your next Automobile. The Staff has... a ton of experience, is very helpful, extremely courteous, & always transparent. The inventory is truly that of those rare & unique vehicles you may spend months looking for & as we learned, when they don't have what you want, give them a week and they will go out and get it for you. My wife and I ran across this Dealership on our way to the Beach. We had to decided to wait on purchasing a vehicle, due to prices being outrageous at larger Dealerships in our hometown of Montgomery, AL. We were both SHOCKED at the LOW price's of vehicles here at Wholesale Solutions. What was even more impressive was the fact that we has looked at the same year Yukon with the same miles, two weeks prior, for $4000 more than the starting price at Wholesale Solutions. What was really nice was the fact that we were able to walk around the lot, without feeling pressured to "Come inside & feel out a credit app" or have a salesman tell us what we "should buy", instead of what we wanted to buy. Then, after finding the vehicle on the lot we wanted to drive, the OWNER walked outside & handed us the keys, telling us to take it for a drive, maybe even go grab lunch to look it over. Even then, all he wanted was a copy of our driver's license, not making my wife feel pressured to "Let me get a little information & run your credit first" like at most Dealerships we had visited prior to this one. To be completely honest, my wife and I kept asking one another, "What is the catch and when are they going to start playing the shell game?" Even down to the Financing, they were able to beat my Credit Union rate & make this a "One Stop Shop", getting us back on the road to our Beach Vacation, in our "new to us" Yukon. I am still a little shocked and glad to report that there were not "Shell Games". Although a rarity, there are some Dealers out there still wanting to help you with buying the vehicle you want, at the price you want to pay while making you feel extra special when doing so! I can attest and guarantee, Wholesale Solutions in Loxley Alabama, is ONE OF THOSE RARE BUYING EXPERIENCE's! If you are in the market or maybe just want to look around, you owe it to your yourself to go by and see the Team at Wholesale Solutions!! I know I will make the short drive down from Montgomery when buying my next vehicle, no matter where you are located, its a short drive from anywhere when being treated like this by an Automotive Dealership. Chad, Dwayne, and Jennifer....YOU ROCK, my wife and I thank you very much for the experience & great Deal!! Call me when you get in the Truck I am looking for and Ill be down to trade with you again!
