Best Car Buying Experience Ever

This was, hands-down, the best car buying experience ever. I found the car online. I was nervous since I was driving over 3 hours to purchase the car. But they sent several up to date photos of every nick, scratch, or scuff on the car and videos using my name so I knew they were new videos. Every question I asked was answered and I was never made to feel like I was pestering them or asking stupid questions. As a woman who has been talked down to by many car salesmen this was truly important to me. The car was exactly as described when I got there. Amazing customer service, good prices, and great quality car, you can't ask for more than that!


Top quality clean cars and super great service!

I bought a car from them just this past October and I was so happy with the service and deal I received that I have referred a very close friend of mine already. They took care of her and helped her get the best deal possible for her needs and budget as if she was one of their own close personal friends!! In fact, being that they helped her out so well I have already referred another close personal friend to them. Also, one of the details that I always feel is important that you don't see a lot is how clean the car is when I purchase it. I want it to look like new inside and out. They keep their cars super clean and in great condition. If necessary will have it detailed for you before you drive it away. They are very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to ensure customer satisfaction and that you leave there happily with your needs and budget met. Should the need for a car arise again for me I will definitely go back to them.


Great People!!!

In the last six months I have purchased two vehicles from Bill and Mark at Midwest Financial Services and Sales. On both visits I was treated excellent. I was given very fair prices on my vehicles a 2009 Nissan Murano and a 2010 Honda Accord. Everything these guys told me was the truth they never treated me like they were car salesman. My wife and I are very happy with our vehicles and the next time we purchase a vehicle we will be returning to Midwest Financial Services and sales. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to purchase a used vehicle.


Customer Service Rock Stars!!!

We were out looking for my son's first car. He spotted one on the lot while we were out in Lee's Summit and wanted to stop. I thought, GREAT! now I get to deal with a salesman, everyone's favorite thing to do. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment we got there, we were greeted and not pressured. They showed us several cars that were in our price range. The salesman/finance guru knew everything about every car he showed us. He even steered us away from one that he didn't think was the best fit, eventhough it was more expensive than the others. We ended up buying a car that same day. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I send everyone I know out to them. Great place and people to deal with! We couldn't be happier!!


One satisfied customer

I came across this place while looking for a car for my mother. I had no idea that I would be walking away one satisfied customer. It just so happened that while I was there shopping for a car for my mom my car decides to quit on me. While this happens the owner, the salesman and also the mechanic are doing their best to get my car started again. Between the three of them they were able to get it running again. I described the issues I had previously with it and they said to bring it back in to see what the problem was. While waiting the kind salesman knew I had a full day of appointments and was kind enough to give me a loaner. When the mechanic determined what was wrong with it he was honest and said he could repair it but due to what the issue was he could not guarantee it. I had already spent way to much on the money pit and was bummed at what to do. The salesman asked if I liked the loaner I was driving and I said sure. He asked if I would like to buy it and of course I did but knew due to my credit it would not happen. He told me to let him take care of it and sure enough he did. He was able to get me a decent rate and the next day he called and got me an even better rate. He went way beyond his job duty. These people are amazing. Normally used cars salesmen and honest are not in the same sentence. That was not the case here. These people are AWESOME!!! I have since referred them and others now have purchased with the same great experience. I love you guys!!!! I know where my next car is coming from!!! P.S. Mom loves them too!!!


Happy Customer

Last fall I was looking for a dependable vehicle. My daughter and I can upon Midwest Financial Services in Lees Summit. I looked around the lot and found a beautiful 2011 Camry. We took it for a test drive and I feel in love with it. I purchased it the same day. The transaction was so smooth and I thank Bill for being so helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.


Very Dishonest Owner

I worked directly with the owner to buy my car. The first time I got in the car I asked if it had been smoked in and he denied it to me going into great detail how he was so allergic to smoke smell, he had to carry an epi pin. After purchasing the car I found out that the car had been smoked in and he had been very dishonest. When purchasing the car the owner agreed to fix some of the doors weather stripping, he said he would call when he had the rubber stripping. He called and I took the car to him, though he didn't even touch the weather stripping. We have tried to contact him many times but he has failed to act.


Poor Customer Service

I discussed a purchase and financing with a sales person over several days. The sales person I was working with said they were running my credit and trying to get an approval for a loan. After about three days the sales person told me the Toyota Tacoma I was trying to purchase was being sent to a wholeseller. He then told me that I couldn't afford this truck, after spending several days working on this deal. He then tried to switch me off to a Dodge Dakota. I really didn't want the Dakota. Two days later I find the same Toyota Tacoma as a New advertisement/listing on Craig's List. What kind of business are they running there?


a very happy customer

I came to the car lot to check out a 2001 dakota. The staff was very helpful and they went way above and beyond to help me. All of them made every effort to help me and it really paid off. They were able to get me into the truck even though i was not the best candidate for financing. But they got me appoved and i'm driving the truck. And they did it all in one day i'm a very happy customer and will keep them in mind for futher auto purchases.
