I'm a retired male, purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, This dealer and sales group has delivered the absolutely worst experience in my life, not the worst part of selling me a piece of xxxx vehicle, but lying straight to my face, that they would make things, right, and when decided they wouldn't, offered a small cash refund to help to put towards the necessary repairs, keep assuring me they sent the check, been 3 weeks, no check actually my rating is MINUS 5 STARS, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE LYING CHEATING xxxxxxxx

Bought a vehicle, paid cash, only made it 24 miles, it would not shift out of 2nd gear, took it back to the dealer, requested my money back, was told it would be taken care of, they flat bedded to my home 6 days later, when I wasn't home, and dropped in my driveway, still not fixed, haven't been able to drive, have had it a month, still no check in the mail. Y'all Suck

The guy just said to me that the vehicle needed a timing change and that they were not open to any negotiation he said that their price is their price and that’s that and I said OK and when I bought another one exactly like it

TLDR - Terrible customer service.

TLDR - Terrible customer service. Called the previous day to confirm availability and told Vlad I will be driving 1.5 hours to get there first thing in the morning. I drove 1.5 hours the next morning and he tells me it sold. He had my number as I had requested additional pics of vehicle. Never bothered telling me that he sold the truck. Terrible customer service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS TO EVEN GO THERE.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS TO EVEN GO THERE. TEXT VLAD MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING IF THE VEHICLE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE NOT RUSTED APART AND HE SAID IT WAS. SPECIFIALLY TOLD HIM WE WAS DRIVING 2 1/2 HOURS TO LOOK AT IT. STILL ITS IN GOOD SHAPE. WELL, WHEN WE ARRIVED A FEW MINS AFTER 10AM AND NOBODY WAS THERE, MY FATHER LOOKED UNDER THE VEHICLE THE OUTSIDE OF THE FRAME WAS UNDERCOATED AND LOOKED VERY NICE THE INSIDE OF THE FRAME WAS NOT SO NICE. HE POKED HIS FINGER RIGHT THREW THE FRAME. CONS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED DEALERSHIP. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY LIE AND TRY TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY LIKE THIS. WE HAVE A 96 EXPLORER THAT THE FRAME IS BETTER ON IT THEN THIS THING AND THEY WAS OVER $7000 FOR IT.

This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from them.

This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from them. We had no problems with the first car, so when we needed another, we went back. Good service, answered our questions patiently. Good cars for descent prices. We would recommend this dealer.

Not very happy with that place we took a car for a ride

Not very happy with that place we took a car for a ride and didn’t even get 5 minutes up the road and the car started making all kinds of noises. And when we took the car back from the test drive. Another customer was trying to take a car for a test ride but he had to try to hang the front back up before he could even drive the car.

If you’re reading this now do not step on to this lot. These guys are crooks. They should be in jail for fraud. Bought a Nissan in 2024 and less than a year. Transfer case fluid was empty and I ended up paying over 5000 to get it fixed. The Better Business Bureau should shut this place down and make the owners pay everyone back who they screwed over. And just in case you lowlifes are reading this. I hope your car swerves off the road and takes you with it
