Don’t buy from this dealer I would give them a negative star if that was an option

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I helped a friend out who had traded in his truck and paid $5,000 for a new used truck, by going in and trying to negotiate with the manager. First of all, they did not put the trade-in on the bill of receipt, claiming it would save him money on taxes. Second of all, they had to send him two 45 day tags before giving him a title (illegal) then made him separately pay the taxes. That's shady business practice no matter how you spin it. Just after buying the truck it began to fall apart and needed much mechanical work. Alex, the young, unprofessional manager, was not willing to work with him in any way. I figured he wouldn't, so I showed him a packet of evidence I had that he had rolled back the odometer on the truck my friend traded in. Alex had the truck on his website last week for $6k with the correct mileage, which was 179,000. The following week, he had the price set at $8k and the mileage listed as 109,000. I confronted Alex about this because it is a federal and state crime to roll back or tamper with odometers. Alex denied that it is a crime (please refer to ORC 4549.42 and the Federal Odometer Act Chapter 327), and went on this spiel about how he does it to most of the vehicles and then gives the consumer a TMU title and that this practice is "legal" and I have no idea what I'm talking about because he knows how to "run his business." He offered to show me the titles, at which point I stated, "that's okay, you can show those to the AG." He did not understand what I was saying, so I clarified that the AG is the Attorney General. At that point he flew up out of his chair, pointed at the door, and yelled loudly, "Get the F&#$ out of here! Get the F&#$ off my property!" Needless to say I am calling the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division to file a complaint and handing over all the evidence. Save yourself from getting ripped off by not buying from this "business." You will not know your true mileage and be paying for whatever mileage he rolls it back to. Which explains why there are so many complaints about the quality of the vehicles he sells.

STAY AWAY Horrible... Alex will take every penny you have and sell you a xxx... Bought a car 47 days ago broke down first night they took it to a backyard mechanic said it was fixed all to happen 3 more times mind you I lost my job because they never offered a loaner car I had to beg for one which ended up being 3 because all check engines lights came in within 2 days. So they finally paid Nissan to fix it 1400.00 so I have had my car back for maybe 2 weeks and Alex repoed it, bank wanted to work with me and he said no. He's a SCAM ARTIST... LAWSUIT IN PROCESS IF ANYONE WANTS TO REACH OUT

I only looked at four SUV and would not suggest anything be bought from this lot. The vehicle I looked at said everything was working properly. When I arrived, the electric seat could not be adjusted, the electric mirrors could not be adjusted, the steering wheel controls did not work. The ABS light came on, the service Stabilitrak Light Came on, the dash started beeping like crazy saying there was no oil pressure, which could have been the sensor but still was not working. The transmission slipped when it was put in four-wheel drive low. When I mentioned this to the salesman, he looked at me like I had no clue what I was speaking of. Two of the SUVs look like someone put newspaper in the rust hole and spray painted it. I would give this place less than one star if I could

Worst dealer ever . Never answer their phone. Bought a Jeep and it had no third gear would go in limp mode when driving over 10 mph . Won’t repair or respond to texts or emails . STAY AWAY!!

They are the WORST ever! They lie and avoid you so that you stop calling them!

Stay away from this lot. The guys will talk a great game and ensure you that you’re buying a good vehicle and may even state “if it doesn’t work out bring it back” However they are liars . I purchased a vehicle that Alex vouched for and explained he drove from Virginia and ensured the motor and engine were in good condition…I had the car inspected 3 days after purchase and the condition of the vehicle was the exact opposite of what was advertised, and verbalized. The car in fact had a bad motor and transmission. I took the car back and he completely disregarded what was agreed on, and then stated he had never actually drove the vehicle, and admitted that he lied and admitted to ignoring my calls .. it was a complete xxxx show that involved Alex, his next door buddy Justin, and unfortunately the police were involved who stated that these guys sale through third parties such as Facebook marketplace bc their reviews are so terrible. The police also stated that they’ve had similar situations and other calls of the same issue. I did take them to court which ofcourse they didn’t show so I was awarded my judgement and I’m on my way to collect but save yourself the trouble and just find another dealer or car bc crummy people such as these guys don’t deserve to be in business with the crummy business they provide .

I was never contacted back after attempting to reach them 2 separate times about the purchase of Rolls-Royce Royce

Absolute crooks. Hiding and covering up issues, resetting codes so they hold up for the weekend before all your dash lights come on like a Christmas show.
