It's going on 3 weeks since I purchase a 2012 Buick Enclave from this dealership the price was $4,800 I paid $5,500 in cash.First off I bought my own 0BD2 reader and found NO CODES that was a good sign, My brother and I test drove it about a mile to get a feel for the car and it drive smooth good braks good transmission quiet exhaust you can't hear it running and the tires are good for a minute.I like this car after the test drive because this will be my 2nd Enclave the only thing wrong with my other Enclave is the exhaust and which I have new parts to fix and my AC lines have a leak some where, I needed another car in order to fix a car and since I have fix things on a Encalve I stuck with buying another one but there was other models I looking at in a SUV. I have read many of reviews about Prime Auto and there is enough negative reviews to STAY AWAY from this STEALERSHIP.Snice I really wanted this Encalve I like a Dumb xxx figured I'II give them a shot anyway with even knowing the warnings of others my brother and myself drove over a hour to see the Buick Enclave and I bought it, NOW I had thoughts that a 2012 can't be 141,000 NO WAY agaiin like DUMB xxx I fail for it because the Enclave runs so smoothe with no engine codes. On e day I'm driving and out the corner of my eyes I see the next oil changes on the Enclave will be a little over a 198,000 miles I knew something wasn't right those CROOKS roll the odometer mileage back to 141,000 miles to give the impression the mileage on a 2012 was low. I have tired to contact Prime Auto but they WON'T respond they surely know their wrong and will continue to RIP people off, the good reviews means xxxx to me they are Only A HIT AND MISS just to offset the BAD REVIEWS and I had 7 co-workers ask me about Prime they was willing to go there to purchase a car I told if I struck with places I was going to look at some car Prime Auto wouldn't have had the PLEASURE OF RIPPING ME OFF and laughing with my money.

DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I bought a 2015 F250 6.2l gas with 120k miles. Everything seemed good, ran good, no lights and look good for a work truck for my new business. Within 24hrs all the transmission fluid had drained from the truck and found out the OBD port does not work. Ill be seeing you folks in court, thanks for never getting back to me, glad you cashed the $12500.00 check!

Buyer Beware!! We purchased a Yukon XL from these scamming liers!! When we got the vehicle delivered we found out it had been wrecked, The air conditioning did not work, and the inside of the vehicle smelled like a dirty wet dog, and had the kids's trash all over inside. The mileage was also off by almost 2000 miles, which I think is illegal to disclose untrue mileage on a vehicle. Oh, and now we just learned that after 30 days and still not title for the Yukon, the car dealer requested a duplicate title the day after I called the second time asking where the title is. It also shows they still have not transferred the title into our names as of April 27, 2026. the Attorney General in Ohio now has this turned over to them. Hopefully, we will at least get a valid title for this SUV so we can move on to obtaining legal advice on what to do with these scammers next! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THES SCAMMING, LYING, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!! THEY BELONG IN JAIL FOR FRAUD!!!

My experience purchasing a 2010 BMW 535 from PRIME AUTO SALES IN UNIONTOWN OH/Pete was nothing short of a nightmare. I was presented with a vehicle that was in a state of dangerous disrepair, with major mechanical flaws that were either deliberately hidden or completely ignored. The motor mounts were entirely absent, a critical component that is essential for engine stability and vibration dampening. This is not a minor issue; it's a fundamental mechanical failure that poses a significant safety risk and would have undoubtedly led to further damage and costly repairs down the line.Equally alarming were the brakes, which were in abysmal condition. The rotors were described as "horrible," and this was evident in the car's inability to stop effectively. Driving a vehicle with such compromised braking is not just inconvenient, it's extremely dangerous. On top of these critical safety defects, the car had significant functional problems. The rear passenger-side door handle was completely broken off, rendering that door unusable from the outside. Furthermore, the check engine light was illuminated upon arrival, a clear indicator of underlying engine or emissions system issues that were not disclosed. This vehicle was presented under false pretenses, with severe safety hazards and major functional defects that were not disclosed. I cannot overstate how disappointed and frankly, appalled, I am by the condition of this car and the lack of transparency. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to be extremely cautious and to conduct an exhaustive independent inspection. This was a profoundly negative and potentially dangerous transaction

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!We were sold a truck from this dealership that had the exhaust come apart and the check engine light come on before even getting home! This truck has supposedly had $2000 worth of work done to the motor before purchase, which obviously wasn't completed as we were told! The engine codes are for the same issue that was supposed to have been fixed. Sold to us with the promise that it was done. Salesman even checked on it to be sure! After 11 days of attempting to peacefully resolve the issues, we became more aggressive today with pinning them down why the engine light is on if the work was done. Today we are told they cannot verify the work was done. We paid $2000 above book price allowing for the work that we were told it had been done. Now they won't answer or return calls as they promised they would. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated with your experience. For clarity, the vehicle was priced in line with current retail book values (approximately $21,490 - Carfax Retail Value with current miles - 1 owner as of 1/31/2026.), which is consistent with typical dealership pricing. We also negotiated $1500 off our asking price of $18,995. At the time of purchase, a service contract was offered, but it was declined, and the vehicle was sold as-is, as outlined in the signed paperwork. -management
The point of the matter isn't if you came down on your original price or not, nor if the service contract was offered. The issue is that you claimed the emissions work was done, even supposedly checked on it and said it was completed when obviously it was that the emissions codes had been cleared not fixed as you said. You then told us to run it hard and the lights will go out...really? What a plan! And the exhaust falling apart on the way home as well? You told me when I was checking for a vehicle for my daughter that you went over vehicles and made sure they were safe! Have broken exhausts really become safe now? If so neither I nor my mechanic are aware of those changes. Please refer me to where you found this information. In regards to the price, it was researched ahead of time and you were overpriced by $2000. We paid the extra $2000 above book because and only because you assured us that the emissions work had been completed. MAY I NOW ADD FOR ALL OF YOU WHO ARE FOLLOWING THIS REVIEW, CAN YOU PLEASE SHOW ME THE RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUES STATED ABOVE? THEY HAVE STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME PERSONALLY AND HAVE OFFERED NO COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER. I have contacted the OH ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and am hoping for results soon.
Took total advantage of an elderly woman and her disabled husband. Beware!!! Do Not Buy Here!!!!

Bought a vehicle, paid cash, only made it 24 miles, it would not shift out of 2nd gear, took it back to the dealer, requested my money back, was told it would be taken care of, they flat bedded to my home 6 days later, when I wasn't home, and dropped in my driveway, still not fixed, haven't been able to drive, have had it a month, still no check in the mail. Y'all Suck
