AND I FORGOT INCLUDE IN MY PREVIOUS REVIEW THAT THE CAR THE DEALERSHIP SOLD ME WAS DRIVEN OFF THE LOT BY SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET FINANCED! THEY SOLD IT TO ME AS A NEW CAR, NO DISCOUNT WHATSOEVER AND I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL I WAS IN FINANCE AND ALL MY PAPERWORK SAYS ITS A USED CAR. ITS BEEN REGISTERED AND I AM THE SECOND OWNER. THEY JACKED UP THE PRICE THEY SOLD ME A 2021 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED SPORT S FOR $56,757, IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR $44,300 AND MY BANK SAID THE CAR IS ONLY WORTH $46K. IM PRETTY SURE THE CAR CAME WITH NAVIGATION AND ALREADY IT HAS ON IT. They basically took $10 of my down payment and put it in their pockets not to mention the interest they’re going to make off screwing me on the financing. I feel like a helpless victim.

Never going back
Horrible experience, will never return. Salesman on phone told us a car had just arrived a few hours earlier, here’s the price, come and get it. We confirmed at least 4 times and was told don’t worry, make the hour drive and you’ll love the Wrangler and the price is firm.. When we arrived an hour later the phone salesman had left (our first clue something was up). Another guy takes over, shows us the car, says it just came in you’re the first to look at it. Then we sit down and he hands me a list of dealer add-ons that raised the price by more than $6000. His boss then comes in and says he’ll make us a special deal and reduce the add-on price to just $3000. Remember, this car had just arrived so there was no time for any add-ons, like a special clear coat finish and gps system. This was the purest form of bait and switch I ever experienced and will never recommend this place ever.

Best diesel Jeep service in Riverside
Austin and Keith at moss brothers service in Riverside are awesome they handled our family Jeep diesel issues amazingly, we drive our family Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel to Mexico a few times a month and we feel super confident and comfortable knowing that they fixed it right. Definitely the best Jeep service in riverside and southern California we have ever had.

Beware Bait and switch prices
I was shopping for a new Jeep, drove an hour and a half for what I thought was a great deal. Internet manager was very friendly and helpful. When I sat down to do paper work on the vehicle I was presented with a sales price of dealer added items that negated all of the discounts and more. 14,000$ more. Be careful with this type of predatory behavior

Needed Help ASAP
I could have AAA simply replace my battery, but since I did not know if that was the only problem, and I needed other services, I had Moss Bros. take care of everything. And they did! Gary was very helpful in advising me and making the necessary arrangements. My stress level was high because this battery failure occurred as I was heading out for my 2nd COVID vaccination and planning to attend a memorial for a friend's daughter the next day. It's ALL good now. I am grateful.

Moss Riverside Service - How Service Should Be!
This Dealership has their Service Department on point! I drive out of my way to make sure all of my cars are serviced here, because I know it will be done right the first time and in a timely manner. I have felt like my business matters, from Day 1. Yvonne is the best and she takes care of my boys like theyre her own. When they bring in their car, it makes me feel good knowing shes the one making sure its right, before they leave with it.
