It was a cold and blustery San Diego evening... “Hey babe, wanna go look at that mini van?” We went to look at a. Sienna minivan. Our salesman, Chris, was knowledgeable about all of the cars he had, was obviously passionate and informed, a real car guy! He showed us the van, wasn’t pushy or pressuring, and just a pleasure to deal with. We both decided we weren’t committed to the Sienna. On our way out we saw a beautiful Chrysler 300. So we changed gears and inquired about the car. Rather than think we were a couple of tire kickers, Chris told us about the car, welcomed us to drive it, and we bought the car. He arranged the financing, was efficient and a pleasure to work with. No car sales shenanigans. Just the three things I want to see to make an informed decision: Price, Interest rate, Monthly payment... It all suited our desires so we are happily driving our 300!
