Moss Bros Honda in Moreno Valley was horrible!

Moss Bros Honda in Moreno Valley was horrible! I was dealing with Westley Perry through email, text and a couple of phone calls. I asked for a bottom line out the door total cost to buy an Accord Hybrid. He insisted that I go in to get that info. I let him know that I wasn’t buying a car that day, but would go in to get the out the door price. I informed him that I didn’t have a lot of time. I just want the cost so I could go home and figure out if I want that car or a Toyota. My request and time was not respected by Westley or his manager. They both were super shady with me. I had my own financing with my credit union at a great rate. Yet this dealership insisted on writing down info from my drivers license!! Even asked for my social security number!!! I had to tell them no a couple of time. I finally had had enough after @ 50 mins and left. Funny how the salesperson at the Toyota Dealership in San Bernardino was able to give me the out the door price in about 10 mins. Also funny how I didn’t need to give him my drivers license or social security number!!

Frank is the greatest!

Frank has been the major factor I stayed with Moss Honda over the past decade. He is professional and customer oriented. He is courteous and always ready to help solving service problems for me. Frank is the greatest!

Bait and switch!

Bait and switch! A new listing popped up online this morning. I called to ensure the car listed on auto trader was still available before visiting. After a 45 minute drive to the dealership they gave me the run around. First rep lied saying they talked to the person I had an appointment with and that I had the name wrong. When we found the guy I had apt with, he said the car was no longer there.

DONT TRHUST THEM

I dislike this Dealer Honda of MV. a CR-V ex of $32,030.00 they Inflate price to $49,894.72. I know have to pay taxes an finance 3%. but not $17,864.72. After call 10 -15 times not resolution to this UNHAPPY costumer.

Superb Customer Service

Frankie Thompson is and has been my service representative since 2006, beginning at a different location. I was a resident of Moreno Valley for 15 yrs and then moved to Los Angeles. I commute 120 miles round trip to Moss Bros to have my vehicles serviced. Not ONE time have I been disappointed with the swift action and attentiveness to ensuring that all (3) of my Honda Accords are taken care of. Frankie Thompson is your guy. It would be a huge loss for ANY company to lose such a valuable team player. Continued THANKS and APPRECIATION to Mr. Thompson.

Best car purchase experience ever!

Everyone who helped us had awesome customer service! This was definitely the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase experience my husband and I ever had. We will definitely be back in the future for another vehicle.

It was a horrible experience.

It was a horrible experience. The car I was scheduled to see was not there for me to see or drive. I was kept waiting for hours while they either ignored me or tried to sell me a different vehicle...not what I waned. Then low-balled the offer for my trade-in. As I was leaving in disgust, the manager chased me out the door to my vehicle. It was awful!!!
