Young Ford Morgan Utah!

Young Ford Morgan Utah!! Very poor customer service. When you call in to a dealership they don't go over the main details with you. They only get you into the dealership to then screw you over!! On their WEB page and KSL it is very miss leading. A RTR Super CHRG.. price of $59,990 with a VIN ending in 543345 with a MSRP listing, with a savings $1,195=$58,795!! Window sticker $59,990. We drove about two hours to test drive and found out there is a different sticker with a different VIN# ending in 543348 with a price of $89,999. We have now waited three plus hours to then find out the correct price of this car. Then to find out later it's going back to manufacture due it came without a supercharger!! This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with! Management was not helpful as well. Left a customer hanging and walked away. Never will I use YOUNG for any purchase ever! And I will let everyone know they are very shady.

Vehicle Service and New Tires

Had my vehicle in to be serviced and look at getting new tires. Very professional and knowledgeable staff as usual. Left with new tires. It is always a good experience.

Mechanic guessing game at your expense

If there was a no star option they would be getting it. I'm going to begin by saying, avoid at all costs the service department, I've had my truck in and out of there at least 8 times in the past few months. I feel like the mechanics play guessing game on your expense. I'm now over 6000 dollars in repairs in the last month and they still have not fixed the problem I was having. Every time I've taken my truck back to them, it's some new issue. It makes no sense how them being the dealer cannot figure out the issues my truck is having. I was having severe issues with my steering and had my truck towed to their shop. It started with my steering arms, so i had them replaced. they said it was fixed. Issues literally on my drive home (within 3 miles) so i took it back. Next they say its the ball joint on the passenger side needs replaced, so i had them do it. picked up my truck and what do you know, same issue.. so i took it back.. Next they say I need a new steering box so i have them replace that, drives good now. The truck sat for a good few weeks since i haven't needed to commute since i work from home. Took the vehicle out yesterday and had the same steering issues. I'm now over 6000 dollars into this. So i take the vehicle back and now they're saying it needs a ball joint on the drivers side and they can't see any other issues. At this point I don't know what else to do, my truck has the same issues and i'm out more than 6000 dollars. I feel like these parts didn't need to be replaced and now i'm out all this money. It's not okay!

Con Artists!

These guys are crooks. They advertise a low price, then when you call they tell you the same price to get you hooked. Later, they tell you that you don’t qualify for all the “rebates”. They tried to say there was $4,000 in rebates, but only qualified for $1,000. I looked it up idiots, there is only $2,000 possible, but qualify for $1,000 of it. HOWEVER, nowhere in any of their listing details do they ever say the listed price is contingent on rebates. REPUTABLE dealers disclose that, I see it all over other dealers cars.com listings. Stop the shady business practices guys. I’ll continue telling everyone I know how shady you are. Word travels fast my friends.

Home town feel, fast service

I drive from hooper to get my trucks from Stuart, always fast and simple experience. Young ford has a small town feel and quick service. Have bought last 2 new fords here
