Worst Experience with Raymond - Sales manager
I was talking to Raymond, a reputed sales manager. I informed him about a dent which I noticed with i drove it for test. Surprisingly he asked me "Is that dent bigger as my HEAD". One drop of venom is more than enough to spoil the ARLINGTON TOYOTA

Pleasant Car Buying Experience
We had a very good experience in buying a new car at Arlington Toyota. Brad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and he went the extra step to show us various models and allowed numerous test drives. It was easy to work with him. Mostly satisfied
Was mostly satisfied with the buying process for a used car, but two things to watch out for: the price advertised was not correct as they added VIN etching and would not remove the cost. This should have been rolled into the advertised price if it was not optional. Second - the vehicle was delivered with less than two gallons of gas in the tank. Had to find a gas station before heading home. Otherwise the car is great and the people were nice.
