A wonderful and warm experience

The attitude and professionalism along with a personal touch is the reason why I would recommend Muller Honda to anyone. The way Kevin Mayen assisted me in making a decision, the patience he demonstrated in answering all my questions, the knowledge and understanding he had about Hondas, the friendliness and kindness towards me and my family, all were reasons why I was sold in buying a brand new car! I also really appreciate how Greg handled the finance and documentation and ensured that the process was completed smoothly and on the same day. I really appreciate the competitive price I was offered. I would definitely visit and recommend Muller Honda for purchasing any vehicle in the future.

I love Muller

Good response

Solved electronic issue that was covered by warranty. Two day turnaround this followed an earlier experience that did not go very well dealer needed to be forced to assume warranty repair

Pleasant, no-pressure experience

The Muller Honda CPO branch only deals in 1-owner off-lease cars, not former rental cars, so you know you are getting a vehicle which has most likely not been abused. The staff knows that the vehicles basically sell themselves, so they are not at all pushy. They take their time to answer questions, are patient, and promptly fix any issues that may have arisen after the cars have been sitting on the lot for a few weeks. The finance portion of the transaction also went very smoothly. No high-pressure sales tactics are used.

Service Exceeded Expectations

Provided a quick review of issue with my tire. Gave me input on alternatives and we determined that a new tire was warranted. I was given a time frame for the new tire being put on, and an offer of a ride if needed. The repair was done quicker than expected and the price was as discussed. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful service, not so great wait time

The service was wonderful and our sales associate was very accommodating. The only reason I knocked off a star was because it took quite a bit to compile all the final paperwork to sign together.

Muller Honda went above and beyond for me.

Muller Honda went above and beyond for me to get me into the right vehicle for me. We had just about finished the deal on a car when I decided it wasn't the right fit. They worked with me to get me into the best choice and were very understanding and patient. I'll be back to Muller Honda for future vehicle purchases! (The service department is excellent, too.)
