This is the worst service department I have ever been

This is the worst service department I have ever been to. I checked my car in with Kirby. A week later still no word. I called and had to chase this guy down, just to find out they haven't even looked at it yet. I wound up having the vehicle towed after Ford wanted $ 12000 for a replacement motor . What a total rip-off. These idiots must have thought I was born yesterday. I'm 56 and know that is a ripoff price. I called Chris Brown at Sunwrench Motor Werks in Mission Viejo. He not only replaced my motor he did the transmission service. Cleaned brake rotors and adjusted brakes, fixed ac issues added an aftermarket exhaust system for $7000.00. call them 949-364-5420 for honest guaranteed work. Tell them Charles sent you.


To busy to help

This Dealership only services vehicles that were sold there. If you are a Ford owner, This is the worst service department in Southern California. They will tell you they are to busy and cannot help you. TOO BUSY! Just had a brand new Mach-E software issue and they wont even take 5 minutes to look at it or see if tis something they can handle. Every other dealership was happy to help me. Not Tuttle-Click. Best if you go to a different dealership that values its customers and is not way understaffed. Ford should revoke this dealership.

I was turned away from the service department when the

I was turned away from the service department when the very angry service agent told me he was to BUSY to deal with my issue. Had to do to another Dealership for my new Mach-E because they were to busy and they have no way to deal with more than 2 customers at a time. The wait to make an appointment was 2 weeks. No interest in making sure that a Ford customer was taken care of. Do not go to this Dealership, they have terrible service and you will regret giving them your money. Oh did I mention the 4 angry service agents that all act like they are way to busy to look up from their computer terminals to help you. Yeah, It started like that and went down hill from there.

Last Wednesday night I needed to replace a light bulb in

Last Wednesday night I needed to replace a light bulb in the left rear turn signal. This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.

Love my 2019 Ranger, which i ordered and purched new at TuttleClick CapoFord. I needed to get itbin for routine service. Advisor, Matt Alves got me in and out with just a quick email.

Good service and great availability. Comments from service team can be a bit clearer though for next items coming up without having to track them down.

Misled, lied to, overcharged then once had money totally ignored Tried to reach out for compensation, offered fix, heard nothing back and apparently after4 attempts, concluded the General Manager does not come in to work. Horrible experience!

Great service

The service here is incredible! Bob, Matt or Lee always do a great job every time I come in for service. I’m Always kept up to date on the progress of my cars and trust them 100% on their recommendations which keep my older cars running great. I won’t go anywhere else. Great service and friendly staff.


First service for my F250 Super Duty

Best place to get your services done! Friendly service personnel and quick turnarounds on your vehicles. Their hours of operation are also great with the early ins and late pickups available.

Dealer was very condescending when I attempted to...

Dealer was very condescending when I attempted to negotiate the sale price on a vehicle. They decided to lose my business over $250.00 that I asked offed the sale price they offered me, only after quoting me the wrong sales tax. They are trying to recoup money lost, because the first time they attempted to sell this vehicle, the person failed to pay the down payment but the car was already titled to him, so they now have to sell it used. They want someone to pay for their mistake. I wouldn't suggest someone do business with shady folks like this.
