horrible experience , Miss diagnosed to the tune of $1,700 now my fuel instrument gauge does not work and they're saying it needs to be recalibrated at $775 that was working fine before the service it is still at the shop 8 weeks later the mechanics even talk bad about the company, the hourly rate is $204$to remove seven bolts I never imagined spending $2,300 for a fuel pump install and with that my door was dented by one of the mechanics that says it happens all the time do yourself a favor and take it to an independent they care about customer service and reliable workmanship because they care about their customers and are independent steer clear from this agency I wish I would have read all the bad reviews and never touched foot on the lot

Great sales and service
Great service writers and techs. The service staff has always come through for me and fixed every problem. A special thank you to the tech who did my service on 07/23/23. He found a nail on the inside sidewall of one of my tires and alerted me. This was a big deal as I was I about to take a road trip to Vegas. Thanks to him, I was able to replace the tire before I left town and didn’t have a tire failure in the middle of the desert. Since about 2010, I’ve leased or bought (3) Escapes from Tuttle Click (Capo Ford) . Great place for sales and service.

Good dealer service departments are not easy to fi
My F150 had two outstanding recall items. When Ford sent me a letter stating that the parts to correct one of the recalls were now available. I contacted the service department at Tuttle-Click to schedule the work to be completed. (I did not buy my vehicle here). They quickly scheduled an appointment for the following week. When I brought my truck in, the service writer looked it up and advised me the they could also do the second recall, which I had not yet been notified by Ford, that the parts were available. The service for both recalls was completed in a professional manner. I was also quite satisfied with the customer service provided, even though it was just warrantee work. They provided me with first class service, and did not pressure me to buy something I didn't need, at full price, to get the no cost warrantee work scheduled. I've not experienced this honest service attitude with other dealers for warrantee work. I will continue to use this dealer service department for routine services as well as any other service my truck might need.

This is the worst service department I have ever been to. I checked my car in with Kirby. A week later still no word. I called and had to chase this guy down, just to find out they haven't even looked at it yet. I wound up having the vehicle towed after Ford wanted $ 12000 for a replacement motor . What a total rip-off. These idiots must have thought I was born yesterday. I'm 56 and know that is a ripoff price. I called Chris Brown at Sunwrench Motor Werks in Mission Viejo. He not only replaced my motor he did the transmission service. Cleaned brake rotors and adjusted brakes, fixed ac issues added an aftermarket exhaust system for $7000.00. call them 949-364-5420 for honest guaranteed work. Tell them Charles sent you.

Had to do to another Dealership for my new Mach-E because they were to busy and they have no way to deal with more than 2 customers at a time. The wait to make an appointment was 2 weeks. No interest in making sure that a Ford customer was taken care of. Do not go to this Dealership, they have terrible service and you will regret giving them your money. Oh did I mention the 4 angry service agents that all act like they are way to busy to look up from their computer terminals to help you. Yeah, It started like that and went down hill from there.

To busy to help
This Dealership only services vehicles that were sold there. If you are a Ford owner, This is the worst service department in Southern California. They will tell you they are to busy and cannot help you. TOO BUSY! Just had a brand new Mach-E software issue and they wont even take 5 minutes to look at it or see if tis something they can handle. Every other dealership was happy to help me. Not Tuttle-Click. Best if you go to a different dealership that values its customers and is not way understaffed. Ford should revoke this dealership.

Last Wednesday night I needed to replace a light bulb in the left rear turn signal. This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.
