Bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Refection Auto Sales. Truck conditions: Looks good Check engine light on Steering wheel shifted to the left Make noise when turning. Jerry's brother said he will bring the truck to the alignment shop to take care of the noise when turning and the steering wheel. He called me to pick up the truck is done. I drove about half a mile the check engine light cam back. I called and spoke to Jerry. Statement from Jerry: Used vehicle always has check engine light on is normal especially this truck from other state and the gas grade are different so it will take to empty a few gas tank to clear the light. I asked them is it ok to travel with it? Jerry said the truck inspected and save, you can drive across the country back and forth many times you want. My experience with the truck: I drove it to Arizona and when I'm in the Prescott the struck not moving. I called and his dad answered the call he asked me to leave a message because his sons are in the lot. Two hours later I called the local tow truck to tow me to Phoenix. Towing cost: $600.00 Transmission: $4100.00 Inner/outer tie rods, upper control arms, alignment: $2962.00 Last thing to clear the check engine light: Catalyst converter, O2 sensors cost $10050.00 Looks like it's a very expensive to me. All that happened in the first 42 days after I bought the truck. For 2 consecutive weeks I called only huis dad answered the calls and keep saying "I don't know you" to me. I used the Phoenix local phone called then Jerry picked up the call.

I would highly recommend anyone to go purchase a vehicle here. They will help you with any of your vehicle needs. Good or bad credit they will get you in the car you were looking for.

I walked up to the building looking for a used car because my saturn broke down. A kid name Jake Helped me out and put me in the perfect car for me.A fresh smelling cadillac and xxxx she runs great.

They lied to me. They said they have a van that I wanted. I booked an appointment and drove over 30 minutes to the dealership in bad weather. Got there was told they didn't have the van. The facility was heavily scented. It was difficult for me to breathe. They angered me so much I stormed out in a hurry.

I had a great experience at this place. I purchased a buick lucerne and it is by far the best deal I have been offered I have heard nothing but good news from the people who have also purchased vehicles from here. I am very happy to say I got the vehicle I have been looking for thanks to the very helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a vehicle!
