My experience with Columbus Car Trader's Dominic D'Andrea was wonderful. From the onset he was open and straightforward with me about the vehicle I was interested in. After shopping around and landing in Dom's arena, he made me feel like a valued member of the community, and not just trying to make a sale! That in itself, made the difference for me and I felt I could trust in him to sell me a reliable car. Dom certainly is an asset to the business and I will always remember him.

Overall, a great experience. The paperwork process was a breeze. Employees were friendly, honest, and helpful with the buying process. Used cars quality were alright, employees were pretty cool with inspection and test driving.

Im on my second vehicle. I paid the first one off with no issues. Just purchased another one. I recommend Columbus Car Trader 1# Im satisfied.

Bought a car on December 5th, 2017. Despite being a 2017 model, they only had 1 key and no key FOB. We were promised a FOB for the key and a Toyota key with the FOB built in. Still have the paperwork showing we were promised that. Despite several attempts, didn't get the extra key promised until today, over a month after purchasing the car. Then they said they weren't going to get us the FOB promised to go with the key we were originally given. Also told us the best financing they could secure was nearly 7% APR, when I secured my own for 3.49% (I have an 820 credit score). Be aware of these shady practices, ensure you get all promised work done before taking delivery and signing paperwork, and secure your own financing, if you want to deal with these stereotypical used car sales people. Or better yet, look elsewhere. I certainly won't be back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this lot like the plague.

I purchase my car off of Tony Shaw. He was honest and knowledgeable. He took his time and did not make me feel pressured when purchasing. I would highly recommend columbus car trader and tony shaw

Kristen was very nice however it is disappointing they will not honor internet pricing. It is for well qualifies customers and cash customers. Everywhere else we have been honors their online prices no exceptions

He really help me with the car i wanted and he came and got me and my kids to look at all the car tony is awesome at selling cars, Tony is wonderful the car had 1 or 2 minor issues he helped fix the issues right away
