This place has the worst parts customer service I think
This place has the worst parts customer service I think ever, anywhere. In person and over the phone, and especially over the phone - just awful at being professional, courteous, and they have no time to listen to you. The phone automation messages are also repetitive and unorganized. The whole process is just awful!

Disaster from the start.
Disaster from the start. Found vehicle from website but was 6 hours away at another of their dealerships. Did the sale, sight unseen, found out next morning it was sold already, even after confirmation it was mine. Eventually got the vehicle I was looking at but too much headache. Mechanical issues since have been troublesome. Been in 3 times and the problem still exists.

Joel, We apologize that your vehicle deposit process ended up not working out. This is a very rare occurrence, we can only speculate that someone was test driving the vehicle at the time you were putting a deposit down, and we gave that customer the first right of refusal. Greedy
Overpriced greedy unwilling to come down to fair market price. It's unfortunate they are as big as they are because they got that way by again being greedy and overpriced. Smart south dakotans know to go to Iowa and Minnesota or outside of sioux falls to get there vehicles. I would buy from Ford but they only sell ford's haha!

Billion Dodge had a 2022 Durango listed for sale that I wanted to buy. It's not actually available to purchase. An employee is using it. They have the price listed higher for the exact same car, different color, lower miles, sitting on the lot. It's no longer brand new. Over 4000 miles but 3000 dollars more than one with no miles on it. Interesting.

Often when a vehicle is on-line and the price appears to be higher, there is typically a model trim option, which will reflect the referenced price of $3,000 more compared to another similar vehicle online. Unfortunately with a BIG vehicle shortage, some of the new vehicles are put into a rotation for customers to use as a service loaner. When a new vehicle purchase takes place with one of these loaner vehicles, FCA fully adds the miles in to the original warranty, as it is sold as a new vehicle using this adjusted mileage. There are some nice discounts on these...very rare for 2022, please give us a call if you are interested in a new Dodge Durango!

We purchased a certified 2019 Jeep Cherokee and less than a week later the check engine light came on. The salesman,AJ, really tried to make things right, but it was very obvious that his hands were tied. The manager refused to come out and talk with us so we were forced to have AJ go back and forth between us and the manager to get questions answered. We asked to exchange or for our trades car and money back and initially told that was an option. However when we got to the dealership we were told the sale was final. They did offer to “fix” what they felt the problem was and we were told the warranty “should” cover it. I asked what happens if it isn’t covered or if the issue continues and was told again the sale is final and not to worry because they don’t sell junk. It is apparent that this dealership just wants to make a sale and then be done with the customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM BILLION
I bought a USED pickup from Billion. I traded in an immaculate Suburban. They gave me a low offer on the Suburban, but discounted the pickup, which was fair. What they failed to tell me was that the pickup was a "ranch" pickup that they had to repaint, because of damage. Shortly after buying the pickup, the front suspension started to fail (death wobble), which cost me $1500. Then a month or so after that, the turbo started leaking oil. Later, on a different vehicle, I had a check engine light come on. I just wanted to know what the code was, so I could look it up to see if I could drive the vehicle home. They wanted me to "make an appointment". Greedy, Greedy, Greedy! DO NOT BUY FROM BILLION!

Stopped to have car light checked-Was going throug
Coming from NE to SD, my 2007 engine light came on. Car stopped; barely made it to dealership. Service manager could not care less. Had family (5) told me to come back!!! Billion not friendly; hope they get what they deserve!
