Thank you for a great buying experience! AGAIN! I returned to Sheehy Honda because I knew I would be treated well and get a very fair price. No surprise they were all wonderful again! From the general manager Mike making us feel welcomed and guiding us to sales to finance. Ayesha was so pleasant, got straight to business pulled the car I described showed us the ins and outs. Allowed us a drive and took care of us with all attentiveness and care. She listened to our needs and wants and executed. Chuck the sales manager didn't waste any time in getting to the core of what we needed and further aided in making the process and negotiation easy! Farid the Finance Manager got us in and out quickly gave us information on protections we were interested in provided some important recommendations, provided clear and transparent pricing information and was very thorough in explaining it all. Thank you all at Sheehy Honda of Alexandria for the great experience in helping us buy my daughters very first car!

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

Since 2012, I have purchased 3 Hondas from this
Since 2012, I have purchased 3 Hondas from this dealership. (Crosstour, CRV and Pilot). I had them serviced there regularly as well. Last month My Honda Pilot was towed there because it would not go in Reverse. It was "diagnosed: as Transmission Failure and I was quoted $10,000. I questioned the Advisor who said the transmission had been serviced in March and the fluids were clean but, I needed a new transmission. I had it towed to another place... They diagnosed the fuse box needed to be replaced!!.. the transmission was fine.. When I requested a refund for the "misdiagnoses" I was told by Rachel, no...because the computer said that's what is was... She then offered me Car Wash Coupons!!!!.. My relationship with this dealership is OVER... I could have spent all that money and it still wouldn't have been fixed and she couldn't even fathom that the diagnosis was WRONG!!!.. What is your response?

Sheehy Honda was beyond amazing. Not only did they have the best prices in the area they actually were extremely responsive. They made purchasing a car a great experience. We were initially looking for a used vehicle but the price they gave us for a brand new vehicle ended up beating all the other dealerships.
