Review of Sheehy Honda Alexandria Service Department I have been a loyal Sheehy customer for more than ten years. I bought two vehicles here and have relied on the service department for routine work. My last visit—a simple oil-change—was my worst experience yet. I scheduled ahead, confirmed that a synthetic oil change with my $34.95 coupon would total about $60, fees included, and was told the job would take two hours. At drop-off, Service Advisor Janette told me the coupon only knocked $22 off, though the fine print did not indicate that. She blamed the Sheehy customer-service line for “giving out false information,” and quoted a new wait time of three hours. When I pressed, a manager finally stepped in to honor the original price, but only after an argument. Janette was curt, dismissive, and excuse-driven. She complained about workload, resisted honoring what Sheehy had promised, and left me feeling like my business was a burden. For a department I have trusted for a decade, this was a sharp decline in service. Sheehy Honda can do better. Advertise the full out-the-door cost up front. Ensure all representatives convey the same information. Most of all, coach staff to treat long-time customers with courtesy instead of contempt. Until then, I’ll take my cars—and my trust—elsewhere.

Review of Sheehy Honda Alexandria Service Department I have been a loyal Sheehy customer for more than ten years. From start to finish, Roxy and Gigi facilitated fast, responsive customer-centered, service with helpful discounts, professional advice, buying strategies, and stellar recommendations. For financing, Farid is an excellent finance manager who helped us find the best possible rates, add-ons, perks, and even an unexpected car-prep surprise! Sheehy staff continued to be helpful even after the purchase, helping us search for some items we thought were left at the office. Also great: Steve from Service who helped with technical questions while we learned about our new vehicle. We will look forward to working with Roxy, Gigi, Farid, and Steve at Sheehy again. Highly recommend!

Was told the vehicle I purchased was inspected and
Was told the vehicle I purchased was inspected and certified. Test drove the vehicle without any issues. When the vehicle was delivered to my home, the check engine light was on. My technician told me it was problem with an oil valve or low oil pressure. Called Sheehy and informed them of the problem and was told I purchased the car as is and they could not do anything to help me. I’ve l learned a valuable lesson never trust used car dealers.

She was patient, informative, and made us feel totally comfortable throughout the process. No pressure, just clear communication and a truly helpful attitude. She answered all our questions, respected our budget, and helped make this big purchase feel easy. If you’re buying a car at Sheehy, definitely ask for Ayesha! Even when we were settling, the finance person, Elmer, was very nice and gave us all the right things according to our preferences. He explained everything and made it simple for us. We were also welcomed by their manager, Chuck, who helped us with the deal!
