This is now the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealer, and each time I've felt that the main goal is to make sure I'm completely happy with the experience. There were a few very minor issues with the vehicle that I didn't notice until after the sale, and he went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was right. Prices were good, no pressure on the sale, and all the paperwork was done very quickly. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

I called Wes several times to check on cars and their details and he always answered quickly. He knew the answers I needed about his cars because he deals with Subarus in West Virginia and knows what people are needing when they are shopping. On a day when the high temperature was close to zero Wes was glad to brave the cold and meet me to show me the car and make sure I knew everything about it.

Great services Wesley took care of any problems we had he replace head gaskets brakes rotor rims and wheel bearing I will be buying another subaru from him when the time comes

This is by far the most, friendly and knowledgeable dealership ive been to! They are always willing to help and go through the process to get ypu on tour way! I am now a proud owner of a 2016 legacy and im sure if i need anything they would be more then willing to help.

I was looking for a used Outback and based upon the reviews, I decided to contact B & J. The first time that I went up was on a Saturday afternoon and Wes wasn't there (I had called that morning and he said he would be leaving around 2:00) but I wanted to see what inventory he had available. I chose the Outback that I wanted and called him the following Monday. My husband left work early the next day (it's about a two hour drive) and Wes met us there around 5:00. He had the car ready to go and we test drove it and decided we wanted it. All of the paperwork was finished by about 6:00 and the car passed MD inspection on Friday of the same week (it didn't require anything). If I ever need another used car, I will definitely go back to B&J.

Been looking for a Subaru for my son for weeks!! All had high Miles or we're ratty! Went to B&J, had many nice cars on lot. My son found one he liked and within minutes, deal was done! New tires, brakes, windshield! Owner treats you with respect and is very friendly! I will look there first for a car from now on! Top notch!!!!! Outstanding!

Never in my life have I had such a fabulous buying experience! Wesley and everyone who works for him went above and beyond for me. Their hospitality should be instilled in everyone and the world would be a much better place. Wesley is so easy to get along with and willing to help out in any way that he can. His knowledge of his cars showed clearly throughout my buying process. Phone calls were returned promptly and were always very hospitable and courteous. This business is one I truly wished I had found earlier in my car buying. I will be back and I will encourage anyone I know looking for a used car to visit Wesley and his staff. They are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!
