This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We appreciated how detailed everyone was with us. We will be referring a lot of people. We will always use Utah used car sales in the future. And, we love our free t-shirts and water bottles.

The salesmen and staff are great. They are very helpful, answer all questions, find answers if they don't know. They're very patient, not the least bit pushy, relaxed even though they are busy, and very fair and honest. They are happy and use clean language. The vehicles are good quality and great values. They answer phone and text messages promptly and communicate well. They will hold a vehicle for a fee that can be applied to your purchase or returned at time of purchase. They work to find the best loan rate. They care about their customers. It was actually a pleasant car purchase experience. I highly recommend Utah Used Car Sales .

We had been searching for a certain type of vehicle, and Utah Used Car Sales in Murray had the right one at a fair price. The sales associate was helpful and once we test-drove it, we felt like it would be a good car for us. The salesman explained the 3 quality control inspections that each used vehicle goes through. One of those inspections was a "thorough detailing" and repair of upholstery. We found that there was quite a lot of animal hair in the vehicle, so we weren't convinced that the detailing was very thorough. Also, the dealership includes the price of safety and emissions testing and registration of the vehicle into the final price at closing. However, when we drove the car at night after we had purchased it, we realized one of the headlights and one of the tail lights were out. So, we don't know how the vehicle passed the safety inspection. All things considered, though, as far as car buying experiences go, it was a pretty good experience.

The idea of getting a car was somewhat horrifying to me, as in the past I've been greeted by high-pressure sales people who didn't consider my personal needs or wants. Not so at Utah Car Sales. The office was relaxed, clean, and homey, even though it was small. In spite of how busy they were, Lee and Tiffany never made us feel rushed in the process. I found the car I wanted and the buying process was smooth, quick, and personable with none of the "hungry shark" feeling that I've gotten at other dealerships. Lee took extra steps to ensure that the vehicle met my standards, filled the tank, and I left feeling more than satisfied with my nice vehicle. I was pleased with the price, the car, and the process and highly recommend this dealership.

Bought my 2011 Silverado today and noticed a couple of things wrong. Tiffany and Lee were great to work with. Even though one of the things I found wrong was obvious and I should have noticed it on my own, Lee stepped up and is taking care of it for me. I was a little Leary of a small dealer but have been extremely pleased. They are honest and fair and jus trying to make an honest living. I will definitely recommend them to others. Great price great truck. Couldn't be happier with their honesty and integrity.

Bought a truck from this dealership, was nervous about the small car dealership but they made me feel confident in my purchase. Lee assured me that the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic and that it was in top working order, However I got the privilege of spending a grand within the first two weeks of owning the vehicle! It kept on going with the list of repairs that the vehicle needed. I did purchase the "extended warranty" and guess what they don't cover ANYTHING! The truck should have failed safety but somehow it amazingly passed. My thoughts are Lee and Tiffany are nice enough people but when buying here BEWARE! Check options, take to your own mechanic and avoid the warranty, these cars come straight from the auction and on to the lot. just my 2 sense learn from my EXPENSIVE mistake and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
