Good friends got royally screwed by these people. They posted personal information about them as well on social media. Very terrible business.

My car died! I was looking for an SUV that I could afford. Jack and his staff found the perfect car for me and I love it. I've had it almost a year now with no problems whatsoever.

The salesmen at this dealership were SO responsive to my needs. I found the exact car I wanted on their lot. They had so much selection and choice. I'll always buy from I-Deal Motors in the future.

I was looking for a particular car and couldn't find it. I visited this dealership and they searched for the car I wanted and had it to me in my town within a week. Their customer service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond with helping clients.

Worst experience I've ever had at a car lot. I drove a hour to come look at a car and was communicating with the dealer Jacob who I told him I would come at 4:00 was there at 4:00 he got my license gave me the tag to drive and test the car I get into the car and then he stops the car as I'm pulling out and asks me to let Someone else test the car because he "Forgot" he told them to come also so I'm polite and let the lady and her son test the car they come back and he tells me he is sorry but they are buying the car. I don't know what kind of service that is but that is awful communication and service. I would stay far away from them and Jacob especially.

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonta back and August and it was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. My salesman Nick was extremely knowledgeable of his inventory and helped me find exactly what I was looking without being pushy. As a single woman, trying to buy a new car is not exactly fun. I had been to several dealerships prior to Ideal Auto and was either not spoken to at all or immediately hit with"saleslines". I'm so glad I found Nick and Ideal Auto Sales! I love love love my "new to me" car!!

I am 17 and have been searching for a used compact pickup truck this summer. I spent weekends searching the web for a decent used vehicle from a reliable dealer. I came across Ideal Autos and learned they were conveniently located in west Maryville. They had a model that finally met my requirements & was in fairly pristine condition - I talked with Lana who let my dad and I test drive the truck and also gave us the CarFax report on it as well. The facility is new, clean, and well-organized for a used dealership. I would definitely recommend stopping in and taking a look around, or even checking out their website! ?

I found a SUV I like at this lot. I went and test drove the SUV it drove good nothing wrong I thought. Went back and purchase the vehicle took it home in one week I had it in the shop for some small repairs, that's were I was wrong. In the first month 3600.00 in repairs. I tried to go back and talk to them about it no help nothing they can do. I wouldn't suggest using this dealer unless you want junk.

Easiest buying experience I have ever had. We recently purchased/traded with Ideal Auto Sales and it was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever had. Honest, friendly, very knowledgeable staff. The new location looks fantastic. Very simply put, they did what they said they would and I would recommend Lana to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

EVERYONE READ THIS!!!!!!! I posted a couple of days ago out of anger about this company and regretted it immediately. It was a very immature and childish post and i already contacted car.com to try and get the previous review removed. Unfortunately it cannot be removed. I ask that everyone reading this please disregard the last review from Friendsville, Tn. Ideal has done everything in their power to make things right between us and even things that no other car company would do to help me out. A great company and i just want to apologize for writing that review out of anger. Like i said, they have done things i did not know were capable of doing, Thank you
