Worse experience I ever had the salesman was great I came to look and buy a restromod was not able to drive it since it was Sunday so I left a deposit on it and was told I had till Wednesday to decide I called from my bank on Tuesday ready to send $103,000 balance but was told by the xxx sales manager someone was there looking at it so he sold and when I said he had a deposit he told me he sells cars and didn’t care I had a deposit on it so I belong to several large car clubs in so cal and will tell everyone how I was treated at Crown

I just purchased a 2026 RAM warlock from Crown CDJR. I couldn't complain the professionalism provided from this dealership. My overall experience was A++++! Special thanks' to the sales manager (Roberto C.) & The finance manager (Simo L.) assisted me. There was no pressure or additional charges required Vs the provided estimated offer price. Based on suggested MSRP, taxes, registration. Unless otherwise, implied & agreed to purchase extra vehicle options. In addition, all current incentives deals from the manufacturer was fully applied and subtracted with honesty & integrity. I did not even ask! or use my calculator for final reviewal. Full respect for this guys!! I recommended Crown dealership if you in the market purchasing a new/used (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeer or Ram) specially if your in northern Los Angeles area. Company staff was very professional. They asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and they delivered with the accessories I was looking for and with the price I could afford. There was no going back and forth with personnel. The salesman, Roberto Cardenas did all the negotiating directly with me without the supervisor having to contact me. I highly recommend this dealership and Roberto so he can do all the running around with the higher ups.

Took my Ram 1500 in for warranty work for tow issues that had not been fixed correctly the first time. At the time of scheduling appointment I asked for a loaner car and was told I could get one from the service manager. When I arrived I was told I was eligible for a loaner, but I would have to rent a car and then "Seek Reimbursement". This is not what I asked for or was told I would receive. I am VERY disappointed. Since I didn't arrange a ride and was not willing to sit all day I left. A wasted trip half way across the county. Obviously the woman scheduling my appointment was either poorly trained or worse.

I asked for a video of the car and copies of receipts for worked performed. In the video I saw where Bondo had been applied to the lower rocker haphazardly and painted over which is a big red flag to me. The documentation they provided was simply a advertisement placard placed close to the car noting a different engine had been installed. So yes, they responded but the car was not meeting the standard described in the advertisement. Could of cost me lots of time and money if I hadn't reached out to them for more information.
