I asked for a video of the car and copies of receipts for

I asked for a video of the car and copies of receipts for worked performed. In the video I saw where Bondo had been applied to the lower rocker haphazardly and painted over which is a big red flag to me. The documentation they provided was simply a advertisement placard placed close to the car noting a different engine had been installed. So yes, they responded but the car was not meeting the standard described in the advertisement. Could of cost me lots of time and money if I hadn't reached out to them for more information.

I took in my car for service and would recommend this place to anyone that is seeking a clean and professional environment. The staff are always very polite and help you out with any questions or concerns that you might have. Ask for Gary next time you need service done to your car.

Great service.

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.

We had a great experience at Crown!

We had a great experience at Crown! Our sales person Rafael went above and beyond to made sure I found the wrangler I’ve been looking for to a T. He made sure my family and I felt comfortable, never pressured to make a purchase. As well as our financial rep I forgot his name but he was Salvadorian. We would definitely recommend this dealership for their customer service and variety of cars on the lot!

SUPER SHADY DEALERSHIP!

SUPER SHADY DEALERSHIP! Jordan and Johnny are con artists. Tried to switch trucks on me. They do this to lots of customers! Came in with a paid off 2018 Jeep for a trade in, and cash. Found a ram I wanted. Was in the financial office starting paperwork when the woman got a call and said we needed to restart the paperwork. I realized they were having me sign for a different truck with a different vin. When I pointed this out they played dumb. I went to leave in my Jeep. They blocked me and refused to let me leave. The creepy manager Jordan came out and offered me an extra 10k off the original truck I tried to purchase. I reluctantly agreed. Sales associate(Johnny M) filled out and signed his own name on my Vehicle Delivery Confirmation! I never saw this until it was emailed to me. Truck was not washed. Gas was empty when they gave me my brand new Ram. I’m a female. Buying a truck with my cash and trade in. They tried to put everything in my husbands name. None of my DMV paperwork was done correctly. Had to go to DMV to even get my name spelled correctly. Crowns notices for MY truck arrive in my spouses name. Incredibly shady dealership. Go anywhere else!!

Poor communication.

Poor communication. Service Dept. had my car for seven days and the Service Advisor never called me. I left two messages and a text. No communication. I had to get a ride back to Crown Dodge, and I took my vehicle back. Luckily the Staff at the Cashier Desk had compassion, and took my keys from the Service Advisor. No service. I have to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Bought a car from Luis and I just wanted to say how

Bought a car from Luis and I just wanted to say how dissapointed I am with not only him but the entire dealership. I purchased a new wrangler 4xe and when delivered came with no charge which I thought was odd. Yet after driving the car home I come to find out not only was the dealers car chargers faulty but the car they sold me was faulty as when I tried to plug it in an error kept popping up the manager Luis advised me that this would go away and the problem existed due to their bad chargers at the dealer but now I am stuck with a car that doesn't charge and nobody picks up the phone or returns my messages. Kinda sucks when you purchase a $62,000 Jeep Wrangler and the dealer decides to give you a cold shoulder after the sale.

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow.
