Went in for an oil change and damaged my car with the
Went in for an oil change and damaged my car with the lift. The part was non OEM and they sourced it and replaced it! They were very helpful and gave me constant updates while they repaired my car! will be back at 5000 miles !

Service rep was inattentive.
Service rep was inattentive. He didn’t ask if I was waiting for my vehicle or tell me how long the wait was. I had to let him know I was waiting and ask for the wait time. While waiting I saw my car being parked at 11am. I waited to be called and even asked if it was ready. I was told no. I received an email at 11:15 and asked the cashier about it at 11:25 and was told the paperwork was not processed. It wasn’t until 11:30-11:35 that the service rep finally called me up. He didn’t go over any of the checkpoints on my vehicle and seemed like he didn’t care to be there. I was very disappointed that I had to wait for my vehicle 30-40 minutes while it just sat there due to “paperwork”. I’m usually met with better service and don’t appreciate my time being wasted.
