DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
This is by far the most unethical dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a Brand New 2019 Lincoln Navigator L with what I found out had a ton of problems. After the car was delivered I immediately noticed the issues along with family and friends commenting on it as well. I reached out to Brad Miller who sold me the car and he assured me that they would take care of the paint and trim defects after all it was a brand new car. He said all I needed to do was take it to the nearest dealership. I live in north Los Angeles therefore the closet was Galpin Lincoln. When I took it in there, they were shocked and started taking photos and making reports as they said they had not seen something like this before on a new car. After filling the reports, they tried reaching out to the dealership for more information and there has been silence, I can’t get a hold of anyone in management either and neither can Galpin. I also kept trying to reach John Salazar who I was told would handle this problem. So far 23 voicemails over four months and not a single phone call. My advice is stay away and don’t trust a word they say. If anyone has had any similar experiences I would love to hear it them because I am weighing my different options.

Excellent service

Be VERY careful with theese people.
Charged for work that was not performed. If I was not so busy, I would have taken them to court. My wifes car broke down with in days of service that was directly related to the so-called work that they stated that they performed. Wonder if they even popped the hood. Crooks !

Horrible service
I purchased a car late May. The day I bought my car I had to return for oil leak. They left me without a car for about 2 weeks and every time I called for info I was told lie after lie. About a 2 months after the initial repair I had to return for the same issue. It then took them over a week to repair my car again. Three months after buying the car when I didn’t receive my license plates I thought it was weird. Turns out they never did the smog so they had to do that. Only to later notify me that I would be responsible for the registration due in November. the notice they sent by mail stated the actual license plate was underneath the dealer plates, but again that was a lie. So I called the business office spoke to a lady that said, verbatim, “I ordered new license plates and they will arrive within a week.” That was in August . It is now October and I still haven’t received anything. The only interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been horrible. I would not recommend buying a car here. I’ve purchased 2 cars at Selma auto mall and I’ve received better service there in both occasions. I don’t know why I ever chose to go to Keller.
