We went there looking at a 2020 Nissan Altima and left

We went there looking at a 2020 Nissan Altima and left with a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. This was the absolute best buying experience we’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. If you’re looking for an honest, patient, and reliable sales person ask for Kevin Holland!

I was excited to purchase a car from this dealership

I was excited to purchase a car from this dealership after communicating via email with them and agreeing on a purchase price. We scheduled a time for a test drive and drove over 1 hour from home to the dealership. When it was time to do the paperwork they acted surprised that I wanted to use their financing and that I didn’t want to trade my current vehicle, even though all of this was discussed in our emails, and they even said I was better off to sell my car rather than take their trade offer. When I reminded them of our conversations, they then said the car isn’t actually ready to be sold and still needs to go through their inspection, even though they have had it listed for sale since 4/6/25. Unfortunately we had the stereotypical car buying experience with this dealership.

Horrible communication and NO follow through!

Horrible communication and NO follow through! Salesperson, Conner, was great. The "boss" was arrogant. I would have immediately left but my son was the one buying the car. We were sent to Crain Kia because that is where the car was at that day. They finalized everything. The paperwork was showing $500 more than what was agreed on. They fixed it. We got the car home and the USB port and the cigarette lighter type charge port would not work. We called countless times to try to get it fixed with no luck. We had a full warranty and still nothing. We changed a fuse and fixed the charge port. The USB port is still broke....We were always told we would be called back and nothing...We finally received the title after 31 days, so we had a penalty. When we went to the license bureau we noticed that there were three papers with the final cost of the car and all three totals were different! So....we ended up paying taxes on a total that was almost $200 more that what we paid for the car.

Extremely wonderful experience.

Extremely wonderful experience. One of the first times no buyers remorse. The car is fantastic, the salesman was great and the dealership was great as well. Very pleased.
