When I brought my car in i only needed an oil change. When I left with my car, my car wouldn’t start once i got home. I had to return to GMC after I received... a jump , they didn’t fix the problem at all they only told me “we aren’t sure why it’s doing this but now it’s starting so bring it back in case it does it again” and it’s been doing it again. My engine before i took my car into was perfectly fine, after receiving the car back, the engine now shakes hard and makes weird noises it didn’t make before and mainly when the air is on. Whatever they did messed up my car battery, the engine and the Bluetooth in my vehicle which doesn’t connect to my phone anymore. I went and got a second consultant from somewhere else because GMC DIDN’T help me and do their job like they were suppose to and they told me that GMC had bent my car battery cords and didn’t tighten one of the nobs, so that is why the car wasn’t starting properly. I wouldn’t recommend GMC to anyone at all with the crappy service they did the only “good thing” they did was change my oil and they barley did a good job at that because the oil is still a bit dirty.

Anthony Cisneros was the salesman that helped me with purchasing my Yukon Denali. I reached out to him and he promptly had me bring the Yukon in. Originally... he even offered to come all the way to my office and take in for me but I was scheduled to be off of work that day. The fact that Anthony has gone above on beyond during the sale but most importantly after reassures me that we will be buying again from Motor City GMC. Dont waste time with other places. Go directly to Motorcity. I tried to save a dollar in the past and went to other repair shops. In the end I always... come here because I know it will be repaired. They guarantee their work
Wed July 17, 2018, I brought my 2012 Captiva in for an oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers change & the rear wiper check because it stopped working,... air conditioner service, along with recall notice. The adviser suggested that if I didn't have an issue with the air conditioner, it's best to leave all as it came from the factory - I thanked him and said okay. He also suggested that new wipers could be done less expensive by means other than the dealer - I thanked him and told him that I had no way to reach anything to change the wipers. They didn't get done. He did tell me that the service dept was pretty backed up. So, I let it go. I drove about 2 blocks when the "service tire pressure system" light came on, so I went right back to Motor City. I also told the adviser that it seemed to be pulling to the left when braking. He took it immediately to the back. When finished, he told me that the person with tire rotation had not connected something in the tire that reads the pressure (?) he said he drove it and didn't feel any pulling at all. I let it go. I had no occasion to drive my car for several days and when I did, the battery light came on - the first time I could get an appointment, the very next week, 7/24, I took it back. Now, there is no receipt in my hand that my car went back twice after that initial repair. I could tell you of my interaction with the service scheduler and the adviser when I had to take it back again! Further, because of several mishaps, I checked the back wiper and it was still not working. The adviser told me it had to go to another department for that and everything is really backed up. I had called for the July 17 appointment to do the service on my car. I have never had to make repeat visits to get the job done - correctly. I always bring my car to the dealer for service and I do not understand why it's now necessary to prepare for multiple trips. I love my car! I depend upon my car! I always depended upon the work being done correctly, the first time. This service visit(s) was a disappointment. We have been buying our trucks from Motor City since 1991 - what happened to quality? The adviser was very courteous. I would have liked to have been told, up front, that what I wanted done would take multiple trips. I did not appreciate having to take my time to make sure the service to my car was completed.
Our salesman was very helpful and eager to help us find the vehicle we were looking for.
I just read computer info about dealer service and there did call me back and there hope stressful on me .I like them dealer and plan buy new car soon
