I had took my car with an engine light on it was a miss fire. They charge me $35oo and misdiagnosed my proble and told me it was my heads was the issue wanted to charge me an other $2700 to get it fix i took it to an other mechanic and it was only a spark plug and a coil that was a problem the whole time Dodge is a cheat like taking people's money from them and not fixing the problem

Poor Service Department
This is a simple story of your defroster working before you took your vehicle to have the A/C repaired and it not working after the A/C repair. The Service Dept. will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I don't believe that I should pay twice for labor ($900.00 for removing the dash) even when it was clear that they droped the ball by not contacting me whan the orginal A/C repairs were ongoing. I don't believe that customers' should subsidize the Service Department's incompetence. Plus make sure that you remove any and all valuables from your vehicle. I lost a $400.00 item, which was my mistake as they have signage advising you to remove all such items. Bottom Line.....I would not reccomend Haddad Dodge Ram Service Department to a friend or even a non friend.

Wonderful experience
We were on vacation, pulling our travel trailer, when a wheel fell off of our truck. We are towed to Dodge and they were wonderful. Always updated us on the situation, let us park the trailer in their compound, and had coffee and donuts. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.

zero service after the sale
bought new car and was hung out to dri by the dealer after the sale. had to work out all issues direct with KIA. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!

Worst dealer ever.
Tried to obtain a part they had in stock for 2 days asked to have it shipped, they said no problem. Fast forward to today still no part. No one knows what's going on. Tried to contact the parts manager, no answer, asked to speak with general manager or dealer principal got transferred to the sales manager. Get it together guys. You have NO customer service. Looks like you lost another customer.

Great deal!
Found a great deal that someone traded in. Still has the new car smell without all the sticker shock. Very great staff to work with and worth the drive! The whole process was a breeze

Deceitful pricing
While shopping for a hard to find vehicle I was pleased this dealership had available and at a good price, but when I reached out to them they wanted $35K more than the price they had it listed for. Obviously the lower price was to dupe prospective buyers. Any business that thinks this is acceptable probably has no problems tricking customers in other ways. I would steer clear.

Worst service ever...
I took my 2016 ram truck for a check engine light on second time. They took me they'll call with an updated and they never did, the only thing I got was a text saying it had to stay overnight.. next day call back nobody responded... it's just poor customer service....
