So I took my Ram Pickup in because the heated seat was not working. After they had it for a week I picked it up. And to my surprise the seat does not adjust... properly any longer. So I called the service drive back and after a week of no resolve I started calling the service manager the loaner car manager the general manager. It is now been more than I still have not received a call back from anyone at this dealership. This is simply unacceptable customer service.
We made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle for inspection and service. A minor repair was needed. The parts were ordered and installed very promptly.... We were quite pleased overall.
Just traded my Dodge Avenger for a Charger. I love my new car. The sales staff pulled out all the stops to make this trade for me. I am extremely happy... with the results. Did I mention I love my new car!

Nicole was my service advisor, and she is a very pleasant and professional person. She told me what needed to be done and got it done in a very timely... manner. Thanks Nicole .
Spoke to Manny~ Drove in 5:30pm for service, made appointment, showed up at 7:00am sharp next day. Made all the repairs on my Ram2500 that day.
Due to location, I worked a deal on the phone for a maximum "out the door" deal for a 2019 Scat Pack Widebody. Upon reaching the dealership (2 hours away),... I find that the Sales Manager that made the deal was off and the other manager was not on board. I spent 4 hours with the deal subtly changing until I was informed that the Trade was not included, eventhough, the trade had been included in the previous "out the door" agreement. I would not have driven there without some guarantees. I walked away citing the behavior of the duty Sales Manager. They are a typical "bait and switch" dealership looking for victims. Don't be a victim, walk away.
I highly recommend you avoid Haddad Dodge. The salesman there, who's name I will not mention, appeared to be a low I.Q. psychopath. He was extremely... manipulative with no apparent conscience. I bought a car after being manipulated and pressured horribly this salesman. After I purchased the vehicle I received a text stating if I wasn't completely satisfied with the purchase to let them know why. I contacted sales manager Rich Monty who gave me his email address. I emailed him a complaint letter and had follow up emails and phone calls to him and as of this writing 23 days after the emails, I've not received any response. So, it appears Haddad Dodge's mission statement and follow up customer service is the same as their product name: Dodge. They'll dodge your xxx after they make the sale.
I am a co signer on a car. The car was traded in on a new purchase on August 10 for a new ram. As of today, September 5 th, the car has not been paid off.... Every time I call , I get the run around from the DMV clerk and financing. They won’t allow me to talk to the general manager. It doesn’t bother them I could get a 30 day ding on my credit. California law states you have to pay off trade in by 21 days of the sale. Haddad Dodge is not in compliance with California Law . Next step is a lawyer. Buy somewhere else to save you a headache.
I had my 2013 dodge journey oil service done at Haddad Dodge Ram within couple of weeks the car started leaking oil. I check the drain plug it was tight... and dry. I look around the engine to find the oil leaking where the oil pan connects with the engine. I check to oil dip stick and found it was over filled way pass the max line. Please be aware of incompetent mechanics working at the shop. My 2013 dodge journey only has 50,000 miles on the engine and all the services are done on time. I am going to take the car back to dealership to see if they show any responsibility for their work.
Horrible service. Our Dodge Grand Caravan's engine started misfiring and the whole car was shaking. The problem was intermittent. We took it to Haddad... Dodge, paid $155 for checkup (which took them almost a week). They said they can't find the problem, but their technician wants to take the engine apart and we need to pay $900 for him to take a look at the engine. Not to repair it, just him to do his job and find the problem. We took it to another place that found out that there has been a recall for our vehicle for this exact problem and he printed out a service bulletin. We came back to Haddad and they point blank refused to admit that there's a recall. The manager said we have to pay another $155 for them to check it out again and decide if it's eligible for a repair. They have unprofessional, untrained staff and money-grabbing ways. And guess what? I received a call from them asking if I would like to purchase another vehicle from them! Needless to say, we will never buy another Dodge again.
