I purchased my 2011 BMW 550xi from Skokie Suburban Auto Sales over the phone. I was worried about everything. Picture that's all I had. Vehicle looks gorgeous on the pictures and I was excited. Eugene makes everything easy and smooth, all paperwork was done over the fax. Payment was made trough my bank and next day the car was shipped to me. When I arrived at the dealership, Eugene greeted me, informed me about the car's history, and accompanied me on a test drive. Upon making a decision to purchase the car, Eugene negotiated a fair purchase price, discounting the price more than I anticipated. I believe that Eugene's integrity and pleasant personality made my buying experience as easy and pleasant as anyone could expect. I, especially, appreciate the fact that he never "over-promised" anything about the car I purchased.
