The service manager was very helpful; however, my issue
The service manager was very helpful; however, my issue was not resolved. I spent $600 have 2 of my TPMS sensors replaced and I'm still having a problem. I've been a customer at Ourisman since 2005, I think it's time to find a new place to have my truck serviced.

I was not informed of the year of the vehicle. I came there to purchase a 2024 but left with a 2023 model. Albeit a new vehicle. I got lost in the moment of purchasing a new car. I think it was mostly my fault but not paying attention. My salesperson was very helpful; he represented the company well.
