Fast and smooth
They were honest about advertised price. No hidden fees. We're upfront about out the price. I appreciated honesty and making purchase a smooth transaction. I had shopped around on the internet and they were by far the best deal and very professional none of that running back and forth to another person stalling asking if deal could be done. Did not act like they were doing me a favor but wanted to earn my business. Dealt with Ricky and Mike Allen sales, and Jason Sproll in finance. All had excellent customer service.

" Good Experience"
Everyone was so nice. The salesman we had was so nice and worked with us. Justin Silvers was just a all around good guy.. It was a peasant experience. If we ever buy another truck Justin Silvers would be the man we would want to talk to. Good dealership and Great people. Justin Silvers was Great !!

We LOVE University!
What an amazing experience we had at University! Justin was fantastic! He really made us both feel comfortable and got us everything we asked for and more! All the people working were friendly. They even gave us some things for the kids! The financing was smooth and their expertise was very evident. We would highly recommend anyone that we know to use this dealership. Pleasant experience . No pressure !
My truck buying experience with University was surprisingly pleasant, at no time did I feel pressured. I told Mr. Griffin what my payment range was and we got there in a vehicle that I am truly satisfied with. Justin Silvers was the nicest and friendlest sales person. He was so helpful in getting us into a a vechile that was withing our price range and payment range. He is an excellent salesperson. Also Paul Richman finance manager was super nice and friendly to work with.

Never a Dull Moment.. lol
My dad use to tell me, " boy, if ya dont got the money in ya pocket, you dont need it yet!" I reckon Ive tried to carry on that tradition.. nothing on credit for some 25 years.. My point is this : I didnt do my homework! (research/price wise) Although there was a bit of confusion in the beginning (probably due to my inexperience) I was totally rescued by 2 of the "stand-up" guys in the bullpen.. Michael Minter & Mr. Paul Richman overlooked mistakes made initially, and offered several different options , and guidance to see this thru... I was impressed by their honesty and determination to please the customer, if you will.. In this day and time, that is so sadly forgotten. It hurt really bad to pay as much for a truck as I did for my first house, but these 2 guys put me in a damn good truck, and we still managed to kick a few laughs together. THANKS fellas!!!
