Bought a used truck from dealer.

Bought a used truck from dealer. Price was to be 540 per month. Dealer added other charges and I was unaware when I signed on a computer signature pad. Did not get a copy of contract or bill of sale. Returned to dealership and they said they couldn't pull it up and red flags went off in my head. Called the credit union and found the price per month was 628 per month. Seems as the dealer added a service contract to the deal. Tried to stop the transaction but was unable to for I had possession of the truck. FRAUD.

AVIOD THE SERVICE CENTER My wife and I had an issue with

AVIOD THE SERVICE CENTER My wife and I had an issue with our van. The van was covered under a warranty and was taken there because the warranty company required a Chrysler dealership to work on the vehicle. Upon arriving in December 1924, I was greeted by Sean who was cordial and nice Sean was the Service advisor who handled speaking with me as the customer I gave him the warranty information expecting a timely repair. The repair was anything but timely for 10 days. The vehicle sat after the first time they had called my warranty company until I had to call them to find out what was going on after that. I was on the phone with the dealership at least once a week as they continue to make excuses about the repair. I do understand that you are working with a customer and a warranty company simultaneously but to drag a repair out for one month and 11 days in total just so that you can get your end of month numbers looking good is poor customer service. And the transparency is also lacking, considering the fact that they tried to overcharge me past the warranty, premium, expecting me not to pay attention to the overcharge and just pay it however, when I was there to pick the vehicle up and was looking over the charges, I noted it at this time. Sean was not at the business. His manager was Greg when I called Greg out on the overcharge he looked almost in shock at the fact that I had caught it immediately took me in the office and made excuses up trying to blame Sean who was not even there for the extra fees added on. For a manager to do that to A employee is just sad in my opinion.

We were quoted a price for repairs on our ram 1500 and

We were quoted a price for repairs on our ram 1500 and when we went to pick it up price had increased by 500 dollars when asked why they reduced it 250 but could not explain why

I went back and got another Dodge Durango from Domenica

I went back and got another Dodge Durango from Domenica and the customer service was still very professional and she made the buying process just as easy as the last time. Thank you to the managers for finding me another Durango and getting me the best for my trade!!

The staff was great and was the car buying experience was

The staff was great and was the car buying experience was pleasant with a hometown warm feeling. Everyone was very nice and played with my lively 8 yr old son while I did the business side of things. Mike and Tobie really helped me out alot and got me in the jeep I wanted. I highly recommend šŸ‘Œ
