We recently purchased a vehicle here and want to applaud the wonderful service provided us by Landon, Raj and Michael. We were treated well and the experience was a welcomed improvement compared to our history of car purchases.

I found a my SUV on Cars.

I found a my SUV on Cars.com. Abe was our sales representative he was great definitely sending friends and family his way. The support staff was outstanding as well. We drove two hours away for a sold deal on a vehicle. Thanks again!

My wife lost her keys, called this dealer, they said no

My wife lost her keys, called this dealer, they said no problem just have it towed in and they could get keys, the car sat there a few months. My wife found her keys, we picked up her car and brought it home...still waiting for the ordered key. 6 months or so later they called to tell us the key had arrived we had moved aboiut 2 hours away, so we took a trip north to get the key, it had been paid for in advance. We arrived got the key and tried it. It would start the car but then it would immediately die. After an hour or so they discovered it needed to be programmed, $200 additional. Showed me where I had agreed to it in the fine print on my invoice!! It took an extra hour or so for them to figure that out! But the couldn't do it today, I would have to make another 200 mile trip , 400 there and back.I told them no way. Worst service ever in my opinion, not recommended to anyone

Josh was absolutely the right person for my family.

Josh was absolutely the right person for my family. His kindness was so very appreciated, and his approach was something to be learned by today’s youth. Not only did Josh sell my wife and I a new ride, but here I am today looking at a new truck. Why? it’s seriously because of his professionalism, and I so appreciate people who’s integrity mimic the goals of the company. Josh is more than his roll, he is the face of Mercedes Benz & Chevrolet. Thanks Josh.

Excellent dealership

I recently brought my 2015 Colorado truck in for a major service. The service specialist, Enrique, was so polite, friendly, efficient and professional (he even remembered my name). Enrique offered me a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer and he is outstanding at what he does. Thank you again for such a positive experience and I'll look forward to my next appointment.

The worst!

The worst! I've been in an MBZ for 30 years. Moved to the Central Coast two years ago and, now that I need a new car, I will not be buying another MBZ. After two horrible experiences with SLO MBZ I'm moving on to a beautiful Jaguar F Type! I'm keeping my fab old MBZ, just not letting SLO MBZ touch it ever again!

Stay away

Horrible dealership they lie to you and don't answer their calls or return calls when you leave a message Jonathan Crabtree is very dishonest and doesn't apolize or admit to his mistakes. I sold my car to this dealership and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I would Highly not recommend this dealership.

Buying a new car by phone

Raj, at Chevrolet of San Luis Obispo, worked with my daughter by phone much of a day and into the evening to get all the information/paperwork/financial info prepared. We flew from Vista to SLO the next day. I test-drove the Chevrolet Spark. Mike, the financial person, went through the financial documents (already prepared, thanks to Raj) with us and we completed buying my new Spark and drove back to Vista that same day. Raj and Mike were exceedingly kind and helpful, made the whole process as easy as possible. Many thanks!
