    Great team from start to finish. Made the process very easy - and accommodating to my schedule. The closing paperwork which is usually so painful was... so easy. Would recommend buying a Jeep from Ourisman!

    I brought my car here for body work as a part of the Geico repair process. I was told the repairs would take two weeks and that I would be getting daily... updates. I didnt start getting updates until after the date my car was supposed to be done, and then got daily texts that my car was in re-assembly, but with no timeline on when it would actually be done. We were both approaching Christmas and the maximum on my rental insurance policy (which I was told there was no way I was going to reach the limit). After getting mixed information and having to call the dealership daily to get anything - my car was done on Christmas eve (over three weeks after I had dropped it off). I pick up the car - it was dirty and sitting outside, and upon a quick inspection, I realized they had somehow managed to knock a piece of my rear reflector off (despite the only work on the car being performed was on the hood and front bumper). I did a thorough inspection upon getting home and able to look at the car (I was concerned after they didnt even notice a piece was missing). There was tape left on the headlights, one of which was seriously scratched. Neither the hood or the bumper were installed properly and were not aligned, nor did any of the seams align. They cracked the fender on installation, but instead of replacing it - it looks like they just glued it together. The grills and vents do not sit properly in the hood or within itself. The windshield fluid sprayers were damaged and do not spray properly, gaskets are not where they are supposed to be, and the entire front of the car looks lopsided. On top of that, the paint job was atrocious. There are at least 3 visible drips, their are air holes in the paint, and everything they painted is orange peeled. There is no way its possible that a single quality control person put their eyes on this car. If they could not deliver quality work, they should not have accepted the car and sent me to someone that specializes in german cars. My car should have NEVER been allowed to be picked up looking the way it did - Im sure they gave it to me that way so that they wouldnt have to pay for the overage days on my rental.

    My Jeep Rubicon is a 2012 and has 40,000 miles. I am a Jeeper. I?ve driven Jeeps exclusively since 1997. Over a ten-year period, I drove one Jeep Sahara,... ?The White Girl with the Blond Hair? for nearly 100,000 miles! However, within 30 days, my current 2-door Jeep, ?Giant? required the replacement of two sensors! Two sensors for an otherwise rugged and functional vehicle. I was not happy. However, Howard and Rocky talked me off the ledge and provided an impeccable customer service experience. I made a conscious decision to drive Jeeps and am fully aware of Jeep performance, delivery, history, and the brand. I am not the Jeep driver who saw Jeeps on videos and commercials -- and followed the trend. So, if Giant continues to perform like a temperamental and unreliable car ? I trust that Howard and Rocky will talk me off the proverbial ledge where I stand shouting, ?Where?s my Jeep? The rugged and functional Jeep, I used to know.?
