Called this dealership "DRIVER'S AUTO MART" to ask if someone could check out a car I was interested in for damage and do a "walk around" of the car before... I drove 2 hours from Estero to Davie, FL. I spoke to DYLAN in Customer Service. DYLAN calls back and says the car is perfect. DYLAN never looked at the car because after I drove there to see it I found a large damaged area the size of a cell phone right in the front of the hood. You could not miss this if you tried. Today, Dylan has the xxxxx to call me and ask what they could have done better to get my business. I laughed. I told him what I thought and he hung up on me like a child. I called back and asked to speak to NICK SALERNO, General Manager. The girl that answered said she was his assistant and wanted to know what exactly I wanted to ask him. Clearly, Dylan was standing next to her during my call. She was very condescending. Not the person to be answering calls for a business. I highly recommend you buy your car somewhere else. These people do not have any idea what customer service means. You will not get to talk to NICK SALERNO because they will delete your emails and not give him your messages if it has anything to do with a complaint. If that's how they treat a potential customer... how will they treat you AFTER you buy a car and have a problem?
Where to begin" run these people are very very shady went to get a vehicle. sticker price was 12,000 jump to 20,000 at the end bought a vehicle late had... to return it the next day due to a lot of problems when you ask for your money back they say no they can't do that. This is the first dealership I ever dealt with, that charges you an appearance package and a tracker charge I also ask them about other vehicles and they say they don't have it but their website clearly says they do a bunch of liars & crooks in my book one good note the management will try (keyword try) to work with you but the appearance package was the deal-breaker for me! They love to guilt-trip you!

If I could give 100 stars I would. My wife and I were greeted by Kevin Mahoney. He had the warmest welcome I've ever received by a salesperson. I told... him I was here for a Dodge Charger Hellcat. He went got the keys immediately and went over the car with us. He then pointed out the Manufacturer BuyBack and explained what the buyback was for so give me piece of mind. Great service all the way thru. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
I located a vehicle online at this dealership advertised at a price attractive to me. As an out of state buyer, I needed to finalize as much of the transaction... over the phone as possible. In speaking with the sales rep, he seemed intent on getting me to visit the dealership. Once I confirmed that I would purchase the car and have it shipped, we began discussing additional details of the vehicles purchase price. This is when the sales rep disclosed fees in the purchase price of the vehicle that are typically considered unscrupulous sales tactics in the automotive sales industry. Charging hundreds of dollars for VIN window etching and paint and fabric protection, which all can be obtained at your local automotive store for a fraction of the cost. This dealership stated that the fees were mandatory in order to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. After running a hard pull on my credit I was offered a less than reasonable finance interest rate that did not align with my excellent credit score. Again, acceptance of a loan offered by the dealership with a high interest rate was mandatory in order to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. I can only assume these are all tactics to draw buyers in with a great sale price and then add on undisclosed fees that result in a sale price that would be considered fair at best. In addition, I surmise this was the dealership’s ploy to make money by falsely increasing a buyer’s interest rate a few points. Potential car buyers, shop at this dealership with caution.
Met with Claude the day before and told him I’d get back to him today which I did. Had found another car less expensive at another dealership but always... keep my word. He worked with his management team to better the other offer and completely satisfy me in my quest for a vehicle.
