The manager at top value auto was not pushy and let us know if we had any questions or needed help please let him know. So we shopped around and found a really clean nissan 350z my husband wanted one for quite sometime now so we test drove the car and the salesman said we were approved within 3 minutes and just info of our paystubs and license we purchased a car at a bigger dealership before and felt rushed and when they got our down payment they took forever! We were at top value for 30 minutes and left with a car. The longest thing was getting our insurance. We are so grateful and God Bless you guys!!! Highly recommended and we will be back for my car after I save a down payment.

I would like to recommend this dealership, but here is why I can't! I took a look at this car one dar, had my Vietnam Veterans cap on to let them know that I had served honorably, but didn't have time to test drive or talk details, but I mentioned I would need the car to be detaIled. Came back next day to complete a deal. Drove the car, NICE! Busy day, but when we finally had a chance to talk to Adam, turns out to be a nice guy. Good conversation back and forth, business negotiation went (just) okay, even though I lowballed on my trade-in (it's on the lot and listed on the website). I asked again about the detailing, he introduced me to his guy and we made an appointment to drop the car off in two days, on friday. Dropped the car off at 10am friday, was told to pick it up at 1:00pm, I was twenty minutes late. They hadn't finished, and I mentioned that I wanted to look at the engine, it had looked like it had had the hood open in the rain and had leaves and trash in the engine, detailer said "oh, I forgot, but wait a few minutes. Watch how fast I get this done. About this time my wife asked about a scratch on the rear behind the tire (see below). Detailer knows nothing about this, goes to get Adam. Adam is dumbfounded, "where did that come from" and "was it there when I sold it to you?". Scratch obviously new, I tell him I have pictures of the car when I got home, "NO SCRATCH". Show me pictures, he says, I will when I get home. They finish detailing (?), I drive home, take pictures from wife's phone and send them to listed website, call Adam, he says send them to a yahoo address, sent. Heard nothing since. This would have been a much better review but I get the feeling my integrity was called into question and I wind up with the damaged car. Every word here is the truth, military beware.
