I recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz location in

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz location in Houston for my company and on my first visit they agreed to consider the discount of being a Gold Hertz member but when I finally went to purchase it with the required cashier check they told the managers denied the discount of $350 telling the lame excuse that the gold membership is in my name though I am the signing authority for the company. I was upset with the unprofessional attitude of the managers there . The only reason I purchased the vehicle from them is because of Jayden the salesperson, he is thorough PROFESSIONAL . If my review is being read by any higher authorities of Hertz please hire people like him and promote them to there deserve positions if you would like your company to grow and prosper.

I had found what I thought was the exact Volvo I wanted

I had found what I thought was the exact Volvo I wanted from the website, and then contacted the dealership to verify that the vehicle was still available and at the price listed. I scheduled to drive the 280 miles one way in a rental car so I could pick up the vehicle the following Saturday since they apparently did not offer vehicle delivery past 150 miles. The day of the trip I reconfirmed I would be at the dealership, the time, and again requested that the vehicle be charged and ready to go. I arrived to a vehicle that smelled like it had just been handed off by a smoker, with a 10% charged battery and in bad need of a vacuum and car wash. Pieces were missing from the trim that were not visible or noted in the on-line offering, and the interior hatch cover in the back was damaged and just laying in the back. Overall a very disappointing experience and I will not be doing business with Hertz Car Sales in the future if I can help it.

Requested availability via email link. Took two days to receive reply during a work week. I asked for additional photos and a video of any small scratches since we are hundreds of miles away and requested information on any preferred banks they use and ever got a reply. Called a few days later asking for the salesperson in the email and another sales person said they would have them return my call again with no reply. Apparently they don’t need to sell any cars.

Smooth process

Bought two cars from Hertz It was a smooth process. The pricing was pretty competitive. Best part was no hidden fees. Everything was upfront and I knew exactly how much it would be. *All the cars have only one key. Its displayed on all the walls

Zero Stars. Bad Business.

Zero integrity. Terrible Service. They sold a car out from under me as they were actively running my credit after I had said I would purchase it that day. After that they were difficult to get in contact with and management was rude about it, essentially telling me "it happens, our staff did everything correctly."

Worst ever

they put me in a car I signed a contract and took the car home after my down payment was paid. Then 2 weeks later get a call saying financing fell through!!! Not only that but the car broke down bc when they changed the oil the plug wasn't all the way in and it fell out. So frustrated. Dont waste time

Horrific

So they don't answer phones or reply to emails. They don't do bank drafting. Place is messy, bathrooms haven't been cleaned and no active sanitation.
