I needed to find a car for my daughter that was in my price range and still had some warranty left on it. Hertz was the way to go. Great prices and low miles. Eric was very patient as we changed our minds a few times. Financing was painless and we drove off the lot with the payment I was looking for and a very happy 16 year old.

It was that time to replace my car. I did my research on Hertz inventory, decided on one and yesterday went out there to view and take a test drive. I had the pleasure of having Eric help me out. Eric was a great help. He was very patient while we kept going back between multiple cars. I had some concerns regarding a Capital One financing pre-qualification I applied before arriving and he was knowledgeable about the program and put me as ease about the process. The finance manager was also very helpful with the transaction. We had some reservations about buying a car that had previously been a rental car but truthfully it wasn't much different than buying any other used car, except that the prices were way more reasonable.

We are second time buyers at this dealership. I guess just saying it's the second time says we are extremely pleased with it. The salespeople are very attentive to your what you are looking for and bring vehicles within your guidelines. They go the extra mile within their ability and do not hover over you like a vulture!!! The sales manager is very hands on, interacts with you and was as available and pleasant to us after the first sale as when we were just browsing.
