Gotta say I'm shocked that this service scheduler, or manager still had a job. I've dealt with bad service over my lifetime here and there and most of... the time I shrug it off and move on, but when it happens every single time you visit a particular business then there is a problem. That's how I feel about the service department at Charleston Mitsubishi. The visit I had today absolutely took the cake. I think the guy dealt with is the service manager which absolutely is shocking to me that they would have let this guy be a manager of anything. I can overhear him arguing with the mechanic just before he asked me"what are you here for". I said well I have an appointment this morning, he says "what do you need". As I start to tell him the couple things that I'm having issues with I could see him absolutely hating that I was standing in front of him with an issue on my car. Like he couldn't stand my being there. His answer to every question I asked was "nope", without even attempting to offer any reason or support. Out of 6 guys working in The service department today only one spoke to me in a normal non-conditioning way. To best it all The main issue I was there for wasn't even addressed on the work order and I had to ask again was this problem fixed. The so-called service manager didn't even write it down on the paper. I could go on about the terrible service I received but what good will it do. The owner, or whoever is over the whole operation, really needs to reevaluate what is going on in that service department. They all act like the customer is a nuisance or a huge inconvenience to them. And that manager, holy cow, I would have fired him so fast his head would have spun.
Everyone don’t buy anything from here ! This sells man TODD just literally cussed me out at the store. Flat out cussed me and threaten to whip my xxx.... I told him flat out how much I wanted for the trade in their was no point In running credit ect unless he could match me from every other dealer I had talked too on trade in! He ran credit said no problem but he couldn’t match me on the trade in or even come close. I said why would you run it I told him why would he do that when I said not too unless he could match trade in that was the deal ! I told him that was terrible and he proceeded to cuss me. Tell him I had a xxx car ect I told him act like an adult be professional need less to say people had to get in between us. I’m telling you guys never go here my actual sales man Jacob was great super nice guy! Again this is Charleston Mitsubishi I truly have never been treated so awful from a dealer over nothing actually was ready to buy a car even brought a check who called the customer a pus everyone STAY AWAY
Salesman was very helpful, but the finance guy was very pushy. I don’t know if I want to deal with him again.because I went in there with 98% of my money... for the car.
This place is nothing but a joke with false advertisement! They do nothing to help you if you have bad credit! Do not do it
It's a great little dealership. I was looking to trade my Jeep Commander in on something fuel efficient. I chose the Mirage as my commuter car. They have... been great from the buying process, to the maintenance work. You hardly see a dealership honor warranties without trying to nickel and dime you. Will always buy from them as long as they're open.
Went there got Mitsubishi's mirage G4 wash treated good from minute we walk through door I say it great place purchase a car

I drove by this dealership on an errand and decided to stop. I was so impressed that I bought an outlander for my daughter. I recommended them to my brother,... who then also bought an outlander. I am now preparing to buy one for myself. The sales staff are honest and very helpful. I was very impressed with the outlander, obviously!
