There should be a pervision forca set of negative starts begining with negative -10! Please any future customers read your contracts and/or have a lawyer review! Docememt charges, Gap, extended warranty...., God forbid if your ate trading! This Consumer Transaction went horribal in ever possible way! Not the end though!

Salesperson, ANTWON was excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. if not for him, i wouldn't have made the purchase. i will come to ALM again for my next purchase because of him.

Keenan is a great salesperson he knows a lot about every car I was interested in and gave me a great deal on my vehicle!

Thieves and cowards. DO NOT USE THIS D dealership. THIS GUY HAs NO MORALS. Zero none. He has bounced around more dealerships than I have hairs on my head. His sales Rep Cecil is a fraud. They forged sales agreements and stole $1,999.00 from me and refuse to refund it. Stay clear. Steve is a crook. Total stereo of A USED CAR SALESMAN. /ripoff man.

Well, everything was pretty decent until they changed the price once I was signing the paperwork. Guess that was my fault for not paying attention. Shame on me. It's a few more things they did that is down right dirty and but I'm speaking with my lawyer about that. Be careful and dont let them talk to you while your trying to read and say no to all that extra ish they throw at you. I'm disappointed but they will most certainly get what's coming to them.

We had a great experience buying our ford bronco with LC. She was a professional and efficient. We did find out after we bought it, the speedometer wasn’t calibrated to the big tires on it. We notified the GM and he chose not to help us even though it was sold like that. We told him it shouldn’t be on us as we didn’t know that when we bought it and it should have been checked before sold. The sales staff a great but the GM is not customer friendly and not willing to help a customer. Just beware when buying a car that everything is as it should be. We found a few things before sold and the service center helped us.
