Car Purchasing

Oscar was our salesman and he listened to our situation, our budget, and our concerns. He made sure that we found the car that met everything we needed. As a mother of 2 young kids I wanted a car I felt safe in. He showed me all the safety features and made me feel comfortable. I liked that he was honest, helpful, and tried to get us out quickly.

service

Even in the late afternoon, there was a donut to stave off my starvation. It was too bad the rebate offer was no longer valid. My mailing did not say the rebates were no longer being issued. Were it not for my service advisor ( Oscar ) I would have just went ahead and gone to another place. I carry 40# in my tires. All tires were adjusted to 30. I was not consulted on this prior to changing.

Great Service

I liked how easy Charles and the rest of the Future Ford staff made my experience. They helped me get new tires on the same day that they were slashed by someone. It made my life so much easier.

Friendly, fast service

Friendly, fast service. You have a clean, comfortable waiting area. Love the coffee station. Everyone there is welcoming every time I go there.
