Last review was 1/9/17. After complaint to Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repair on 1/9, no concern or accountability from Honda North... for THEIR warranty error. Beware if your buying Customer Care Package! Quick to push contracts through to make sale so if errors are on contract, you could be in my shoes.
Buying process was a cinch since I paid in full. Only gripe is that they show more pictures of their facilities than on the cars that they have in stock!... All Honda dealerships look the same. More car pics please!
