I received a very poor experience from this dealership. I had chosen to view a posting for a 2015 Dodge Challenger and when I opened it there was no image so I requested for one. My response was that it was still there and I received a request to come see it in person along with contact information. When I requested again I received a posting for a different Challenger and had enough. I went ahead and filled out this rating in response to that terrible service.
LIARS!! WORST SALES, SERVICE, MANAGEMENT, etc.
Worst place ever. NEVER buy a vehicle here. NEVER have maintenance done here. Never go here........ They lie and sell defective vehicles and do not want to fix them. They will give you the run around. They do not inspect them before selling. They LiE. They sell LEMONS. Isabell(with sales) is a liar. Kitty(in service) is also a liar. Management................Liars!!!! Mechanics do not do their job right. Check your vehicle before you leave!!! Something may fall off, break, leak, or........... TOYOTA WOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOU!!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!
I am from Fresno and since Madera Auto Center is only about 20 miles away, I decided to follow up on a vehicle I had seen listed on the Edmond's listings. I was very disappointed in the service/respect I received from the sales person who acted as though I was taken up his time. After a test drive and about 5 minutes of discussion with me I was walked to the door. I will never go back there again and don't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. I was fortunate enough to purchase my Toyota Tacoma in Visalia, Ca, which was a year younger and $6,000. cheaper than the one I was looking at in Madera.
Not recommend. Poor service. Wd give neg number!
Made appt the day before to see car. It wasn't ready when I showed up. Waited over an hour. Left but never got call back to do a test drive. Would NOT recommend!!!!

Bad service department
They are rude and will overcharge you! The service guy Gorge will disrespect you and treat you with a racist attitude. I will never go there again. People beware!!!
Just wanted information on a possible trade in, the staff didn't try to get me to buy a vehicle just for the sale. I explained my situation, asked my questions and concerns, they were very fast and helpful. I will definitely look to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Martha is friendly and very helpful.

They have had my CT?s cadilac for over a month. Keep excuses abo Ut parts. If you can?t fix it tell me to take it elsewhere. So aggravated. Not happy!!!
