I have a Ram truck. While still under warranty I left it for the second time. Same Oil leak. 10 days later I paid $1900 to for fixing what they said was an internal oil pump. My warranty said everything Within motor was covered. Service Manager( a complete rude jerk) said that It says in the booklet you get w a new truck that it’s the owners responsibility to pay for new oil pump every 70K Miles. $1000!!!!!! xxxxxxxxx. Don’t buy Dodge Ram and Don’t ever go to Gill in Madera They are a RIP OFF!!’
Your service manager is a total rude, Egotistical, jerk that you can read about all I’ve Written about on every available Internet complaint platform. He needs to apply for work at MacDonalds. I tell all the people, including my 50,000 FB friends to not do business At Gill.

No certificate provided to prove recall completion Did not diagnose problem I asked for initially Had to return another day to fix the problem I asked for in the first place Now I need to make another trip to Fresno to speak to consultant or case manager to discuss why he didn’t give me certificates stating completion of recalls Over all very dissatisfied with this dealership

Tricked for SWAT GPS TRAKING
Phillip did great job, and friendly. But other hand the Finance guy, he Tricked me in paying $1595 for SWAT GPS TRACKING . When i said I dont want that. He said that cant be remove, and it came with the truck.
