I always appreciate the wonderful and professional staff at Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My truck is always cared for well and the technicians do a great job. I have been servicing my truck there for several years.

Very Prompt and Coordinated.
Very Prompt and Coordinated. Service advisor Jorge was simply the best. I felt very comfortable knowing he was in charge of handling my vehicle. I will recommend anyone who brings in their vehicle here to let Jorge take care of it! My perception on dealerships have changed by the way Jorge handled everything.

Oscar was very helpful, as was the entire service team.
Oscar was very helpful, as was the entire service team. The service team was able to get my car in and out in a day and we are all caught up on service for now. Great overall experience.

I would recommend this service center but I urge a sense
I would recommend this service center but I urge a sense of caution always double check the work before leaving to protect yourself in the long run. I normally get all my truck work done here especially since it’s a Ram EcoDiesel. This time was different. My service provider in particular handled everything with me a bit oddly. After paying a bit over $3,300.00 in service in literally a few days later my engine blew a whole. And as you most know soon as I took at back to this dealership well less just say I immediately was given a new service advisor. The blame was placed upon me. I am still happy with the company but not so much for specific people. Let’s call it human error in the service department.

Everything went very smoothly with the recall work needed for my truck. Randy informed me of what needed to be done and when it would be ready to pick up and he didn’t disappoint. Thank you Randy for being a man of your word.

I dropped my vehicle off and wasn’t returned until 2 1/2
I dropped my vehicle off and wasn’t returned until 2 1/2 days later. I had 4 recalls and an oil change done. I always had to reach out no one ever contacted me and provided any updates. The communication is very poor here.
