other than being satisfied with the car the customer service won me over. Salesman Charlie took time to explain every thing to me in detail. He was very... knowledgeable about cars insurance warranty etc... I look forward to picking up my car tomorrow. Oh yea he said not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions or concerns.

If you want to be treated like a valued customer please don't do business with this company. They will not return your calls and keep you informed of the... process. I was in the process of buying and traveled over an hour to no avail. They sold the car that I wanted and never bothered to call me. Also the salesman I dealt with has very poor customer service skills, he informed me of very low credit ratings of their customers that they dealt with, and their manager had a special hook-up with a friend at Wells Fargo even though customers were rated very low.
