Scammers

These crumb bums sell wrecked trucks and claim they are accident free. My mechanic pointed out that to me. Then they get mad when you call them out. Liars

buying this particular was a great choice

other than being satisfied with the car the customer service won me over. Salesman Charlie took time to explain every thing to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable about cars insurance warranty etc... I look forward to picking up my car tomorrow. Oh yea he said not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions or concerns.

Poor customer service

If you want to be treated like a valued customer please don't do business with this company. They will not return your calls and keep you informed of the process. I was in the process of buying and traveled over an hour to no avail. They sold the car that I wanted and never bothered to call me. Also the salesman I dealt with has very poor customer service skills, he informed me of very low credit ratings of their customers that they dealt with, and their manager had a special hook-up with a friend at Wells Fargo even though customers were rated very low.

hello I am chad carswell I am the managing partner of colberts auto outlet first off I would like to take a moment to apologize for the experience you had and to also clarify just a few things . we pride ourselves in customer service as shows in some of our previous reviews and the standing of being in business for over 32 years. we value every customer not just the "good credit" customers which is why our motto is we understand bad things happen to good people! the relationships we have with other banks and financial institutions are built off of years and years of experience in the car business and 100s of phone calls and meetings!! in your particular situation we were not even financing you threw wells fargo . Secondly I don't want you to feel like we sold it out from underneath you the customer came after you had stated you were going to be here and had purchased the vehicle right before you arrived we did not no what time you were going to be here or we would have called as our appointment was set for 1 p.m. when you arrived at 445 we had just completed the transaction. again I apologize for the unsettling feeling that you received in your experience with us and would like the opportunity to speak with you directly since we never had the pleasure of meeting! again my name is chad carswell and u can reach me directly at 828-304-1262 we have a very nice selection of quality suvs that would make u a very nice automobile ! Purchase of 2002 Mini Cooper

Robert Colbert and Gary McGill were very helpful in providing an excellent used car buying experience. They have a great inventory of clean used cars. I was able to take a very thorough test drive and had my questions answered as needed on the car. They were very up front with the car's history. The purchase price was fair, and so far the experience with the car has been delightful.
