am profoundly dissatisfied with my experience at Ocean

am profoundly dissatisfied with my experience at Ocean Honda in Burlingame. Niko and the sales manager, Billy, engaged in manipulative behavior by withholding my 2021 Venza key without justification. Despite my requests for its return, they obstinately refused. Furthermore, they undervalued my vehicle by $2710 and artificially inflated the price of the new car by $5500, drive of] value resulting in a staggering loss of around $8210. This discovery came to light upon reviewing my contract with a reputable trade-in dealer. Initially presenting themselves as welcoming and eager to secure my business, they merely concealed their intentions to exploit my finances. I am compelled to lodge a complaint with the FTC and pursue legal recourse against their actions. Additionally, when I requested the return of my old car keys, the sales manager Billy callously declined. My initial visit was solely for inquiries, not to make a purchase. Despite CarMax appraising my car at nearly $28k, their offer was a mere $500, a blatant act of deception. I vow never to support this dealership again, and I caution prospective customers to avoid these dishonest individuals. Their audacity even extended to demanding a 5-star rating from me after taking advantage of me financially. This establishment is operated by individuals of dubious integrity, devoid of honesty and moral compass. I am currently in contact with my legal representation and will be filing complaints with the FTC and relevant authorities. This unethical conduct must be exposed, underscoring their blatant disregard for the customers who sustain their business. Unless they issue an apology and amend the contract, I will pursue all available avenues for justice. This is not you treat after return customer. I would not keep this for long time I would be trading again in 4 months’ time .

They called and were nice but wouldn't tell me the price

They called and were nice but wouldn't tell me the price over the phone for their Honda Type R. Didn't want to drive an hour only to find out they have a crazy mark up or something which is probably the case if they won't discuss pricing. Called Lodi Honda instead and ended up buying their Type R.

Was losing hope we would find a car during the current...

rip off

Very Dissapointment with honda i have been driving honda for 15 yrs now no more . does not listen what a customer has to say . my honda lease is due soon . i call honda and talked to carlos in the sales dept . i ask carlos one simple question how much would you buy my car .he replied " i am not interested in buying your car if u want to get into another lease i can help . Carlos thinks i am dump or maybe he is playing dump . i think this is how the sales people work just to rip your off . from the day i lease this car nothin but problem and stress . from the sales to the service rip off . so here is the entire story . the fair value market of the car KBB and car fax is worth more then 10 day buy out amount . so if i am selling this car i pocket at lease 2k and who ever buy the car get the title of the car . it is hard work going from delear to dealer asking this .but beleive me if the entire condition of the car is in good condition with low milage someone will buy it . I was correct about it someone gave me appraisal on the car . so if you making a 2 k profit arent you using the money to buy out another car and get into another lease with honda . buying out a car and getting in to another lease is 2 different thing . dont try to confused the customer . you loose a valuable client

I bought a new 2019 Honda Insight. No hassle! No pressure!

We recently bought a 2019 Honda Insight Touring from the team of Brandon Zhou and Lauro Palomares. We received excellent customer services. We didn't feel pressured to buy the car, no hassle, and they were willing to work with our demands. Actually, we came to see the EX trim, but after assessing our down payment and monthly dues we opted for the touring trim. We were given a lot of time to compare between the trims and not one time ever felt rushed. Hence, we were there for a long time. Lauro Palomares was very articulate with the differences between the two trims. I was opting for the blue or red color but unfortunately they only have white. I didn't mind because I love the car with all it's high tech stuff. Johnny Cheng, the Sales Manager, did an awesome job too with the final signing of documents. He clearly explained everything and made sure I understood before I sign. They had to program the car's techs first before delivering it. We came back at night before they close to pick up the car. Lauro Palomares spent almost 30 minutes explaining the "basic" technologies, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the car. We truly appreciated that. In most dealership, they would simply tell you to check their owner's website. It does have some awesome tutorials. I would definitely recommend buying your honda from Ocean Honda of Burlingame, especially getting the services of Lauro Palomares and Brandon Zhou. Happy New Year!! December 28, 2018

They made an error with the price and when i said ill buy the vehicle, manager texted at first that the car shouldn't have been listed, then later on he texted its sold. Inconsistent and unreliable
