Salesperson Lazer contacted me promptly.

Salesperson Lazer contacted me promptly. Unfortunately he knew nothing about the car that I was interested in. I had to keep asking about accidents, mileage, previous owners etc. He got smart with me and told me to move on. Very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had in buying a car! My first car died and I had already been out of work for 10 days and not getting a paycheck! I came to the lot to find something simple that will get me there and home again. Noting fancy. I go through the paperwork and the moves and the seller shows me a "warranty" and I pick the closest one I can afford. The second best so my payment isn't too high. I get the car home and three days later it's overheating! I wind up adding more coolant so that I'm not stuck somewhere. My child is starting school, and I need to go to work! We go to a local certified shop that is supposed to take the warranty and they call in and guess what? The warranty will absolutely NOT cover crap! It has to be a new problem, not a pre-existing one and the heater core needed to be preplaced! This was a 2K job! The car is used!!! EVERY problem it has is going to be pre-existing! So we got suckered into a terrible scam warranty that we have to pay for that we can't even use! To top it off the seller had us sign a contract that states that once we drive it off the lot because we bought the warranty, we but it "AS IS!" This means he won't fix it! Who puts a car on a lot without checking to see if the MOST vital thing an engine needs works properly? Without coolant, the engine locks up! If your car overheats and you drive it, you're out a car permanently and this thing cost me 10K leaving the lot! He smiled at me and looked in in the eye and told me, "I don't know how they missed that the first time they did the work!" Then offered me a small apology. Then when they did offer to fix it when we complained, they charged us half the cost they had to pay to make it right! We needed it back and we bought and we're on the line for the loan, so what choice did we have? On top of that, I was out of a car for another 10 days until it got fixed and missed out on nearly $1200 in pay for that time period! I will NEVER go to this lot every again! I was very grateful to have people that I can rely on to take me where I needed to go while I couldn't work!

Lemon Lot

Do not trust shady place rotten to the core. They will tell you what ever you need to hear to sell you a car a(lemon). No repairs are done by certified mechanics so nothing comes up on car fax, when it should be listed re built salvage title, see what happens if you mention a 3rd party inspection they also delete bad reviews on Google thank goodness for sub reddit do your research if you don't believe me

Dan, broke college dad.

When you buy a used car, REMEMBER it's used!!!! I dealt with Tony. He never asked for this review, and I rarely give one. He answered every question, if I wanted my mechanic to look at the SUV, it would have happened! Please, do your research on reliable used vechicles, it's easy! When you buy a Volkswagon and it breaks down.......well. The only reason this is 4 stars, is how long this Toyota will last. Fingers are crossed, but it's USED. Thanks Tony!

Drive Motors, a great place to buy a car!

I bought a car from Rob at Drive Motors yesterday and it was a totally great experience. Rob was very knowledgeable about the car and the financial aspect, as well. Everyone on their staff made us feel very comfortable and made the entire experience very enjoyable.

Remarkably Pleasurable Experience!

I usually don’t take time to write surveys and stuff. However, the service here was Excellent to tell the truth. They were punctual, professional, and worked with me. You can feel when people are genuine, and they were Cool dudes. This made the negotiation more like us trying to find the win/win for everyone involved. Even though I knew what I wanted when I went in, the great selection of others cars had me pleasantly surprised as well. #options. Prices were very reasonable compared to market prices. Definitely Check em out! 👌🏾

Great out of- state Purchase Experience

My buying experience with Drive motorcars was a positive one. Rob personally answered all of my questions and concerns and made the buying process easy. I highly recommend this dealership for pre-owned vehicles. Good people and you will not get screwed other than some other smaller dealerships in the country. You can trust this group

Don’t use this dealership

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought a 2015 golf online, sales person told me numerous times how clean the car was. Got the car with countless dings and dents and scratches on the exterior, only 2 of the 5 speakers work, 1 window doesn’t work, the sun shade for the sunroof doesn’t work, the rear latch for the hatch doesn’t work, the rear view camera has water in it. I texted the sales person and told them I’m not happy and told him all the issues, his response was, we never had those problems. This place is a shame don’t use them!

worst vehicle and warranty that I have ever bought

I bought a 2005 Nissan maxima with only 72000 miles as a spare vehicle. I have put only 282 miles on the car and 65 of that was driving it home from this dealer. Since than I have had to get the front calibers, rotors and pads .RF outer tie rod, complete RF drive axle and none the ABS module is bad. The warranty company has not covered any of the repairs and when I called the dealership the salesman gave me a hard time and was rude and ignorant. They sold a lemon. I understand that buying a used car has risks and usually need some repair after normal use but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealer located on Market street in Akron to anyone.

Best Choice

Easy, very price competitive and fair. Had best service and most importantly best price in town (after a lot of rice comparison!) Going back for another one soon.
