BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a 2010 Tundra from 613, and have had problems since the day after we bought it. The normal dents and dings, random paint sheens on the fender, and squeaky brakes are to be expected on a 12 year old car, and we take no issue with those. We live out of state, and the truck has failed our state's (MA) safety inspection. It is now legally undrivable. It has holes in the top of the muffler (as well as 4 other issues we told them about), which the dealership originally said they would fix if we drove it back to them. But the exhaust leaks directly into the cab of the truck, giving us headaches, burning eyes, and a burning plastic smell when it's driven. When I told Mark that, he suggested I roll down one front window and the opposite back window to let the exhaust out. Um...what? No. They also refused to bring a mechanic in over a weekend, so I would have to miss work, pull my kids out of school, drive 3.5 hours each way, rent a car to drive home, pay said rental car while they worked on our truck, and drive the 3.5 hours each way BACK to pick it up once they fixed it. The absolute WORST dealership I have EVER dealt with. Complaints have been filed with the BBB and the NY Attorney General's office, with copies of all correspondence showing when issues were reported and the lack of response from the dealership. Buy your car literally ANYWHERE else.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

If you care to read to the end I will outline my experience if not then read the bullet points 1. Bought the car on Friday...overheated and towed on Monday 2. Bald tires a month later...oh that's because I didn't get an alignment 3. The remote starter doesn't work because the batteries are dead in the remote...or more likely because there is no remote starter in the car! 4. Towed. Again. Complete mis fire. 5. Over heated. Oh I know, thermostat and water pump. Didn't we just do that. No different thermo and water pump 6. Need new tires. Third set. 7. Towed. Again. So about that mis fire thing... 8. Overheated. Oh I 'll get you a warranty 9. When 10. I have it just let it kick in' 11 Im paying for a rental car 12 Suck it up 13 ...a month later and $1500 of rental cars...what do you mean it took 10 minutes? what happened to my new engine you promised me? 12...oil change..you need a new suspension...no worries i have a warranty NO WARRANTY THEY CANCELLED IT 14. Go ahead tell me im wrong

Great Experience!

Fantastic experience with 613 Auto! I am a repeat customer and recently purchased my second vehicle from them. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for with low miles in my price range. I could not be happier with my vehicle or my experience at 613. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a preowned vehicle!

Chris and the team in monticello are fantastic. Not only did they get me in a car I desperately needed they also worked with me. I will definietly be returning

My buying experience

I went there on Sunday and was treated with the upmost respect as if I were purchasing a brand new vehicle.Jack meticulously showed me all the options of the the vehicle and I took the vehicle for a test ride.He painstakingly secured financing options that fit my particular financing needs.I picked up the car on Monday and the car was detailed,inspected and registered.He also filled the gas tank which is part of the 613 Automotive Group vehicle preparation.I requested additional remote starter key fobs that Jack obtained for me at a nominal cost.I will definitely purchase my next pre-owned vehicle from 613 Automotive Group.

The sales personnel were very helpful and courteous. They returned calls within a day approximately. I was able to purchase exactly the vehicle I was interested in with no delays or problems. The paperwork was prepared prior to my appointment and the sales rep took care of the insurance documentation, the loan documentation and the DMW documents.

I recently purchased 2012 Ford F-150 pickup with 40,000 miles. The salesman William was very helpful and provided excellent service. When I arrived to pick up my truck it was detailed and all financial paperwork was done. I highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.
